In My Feelings is actually becoming a worldwide hit. These numbers are actually crazy especially after almost 2 weeks of release. Also i feel Don’t Matter To Me will probably pull a “The Hills” and go to #1 eventually Don't Matter To Me is holding incredibly well so far but his label is gonna have to do a lot of heavy lifting to get it past his own song lol

Jumpsuit will probably peak somewhere between #6-#12 on the Hot 100, not saying it will be this week either. New rules with Billboard, will probably be in this song's favor for another top 10 for 21 pilots. Maybe we should hold off on predictions about where it will be until we see streaming and airplay numbers. It's only been out for a few hours. Plus it will only have two days worth of activity this week. For the peak, I agree those two numbers will define where it would do so. It will be interesting to see how radio receives the song.

Twenty One Pilots is back baby Yeah, it seems that Jumpsuit could challenge for if not take over #1 at iTunes later today.

Jumpsuit is amazing! No matter if it's gonna be a hit or not but it's definitely an ambitious rock song. Love it!

I actually liked Nico and the niners more than jumpsuit. I did too. Jumpsuit will most likely perform better though since it got the music video.

Static Major Earns Second Posthumous Hot 100 Hit With Drake's 'After Dark'

Late Louisville, Ky.-based rapper Static Major, who died in 2008, earns his second total and posthumous hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated July 14), as Drake's "After Dark," featuring StaticMajor and Ty Dolla $ign, debuts at No. 41.
The song, from Drake's record-breaking new Billboard 200 No. 1 album Scorpion, concurrently debuts on the Streaming Songs chart at No. 28, garnering 22.8 million U.S. streams in the tracking weekending July 5, according to Nielsen Music.

"Dark" becomes Static Major's second Hot 100 hit, following his featured turn on Lil Wayne's "Lollipop." The track spent five weeks atop the Hot 100 in 2008 (beginning that May 3, shortly after Static Major's passing), 10 weeks atop the Radio Songs chart and 14 weeks at the Hot Rap Songs summit.
Static Major became the seventh artist with a posthumous Hot 100 No. 1, and the third rapper (following the Notorious B.I.G. in 1997 and Soulja Slim in 2004).
The MC, whose real name was Stephen Ellis Garrett, died at age 33 on Feb. 25, 2008, from internal bleeding caused by an autoimmune disorder.

Really digging the new TOP singles. No way in hell Jumpsuit's gonna be a hit (I mean, could you imagine pop radio picking this up when the closest they came last year to rock was Imagine Fucking Dragons?), but maybe it will have a great first week. Maybe Nico and the Miners has a shot, though. It sounds a bit more like their typical sound.

I remember the three TOP singles of 2016 did well in streaming platforms. Who knows, the radio might eat Jumpsuit up.

If I remember correctly, Love Yourself and Closer pretty much steamrollered them there.

Drake has an 8 week number one a 9 week number one a 10 week number one and a 11 week number one so I'm hoping it's number one for 7 or 12 weeks

I'm not an expert, but to me Heathens was big on radio last year and sounds closer to a rock song than the Imagine Dragons songs that I've heard. Not that it disproves your point though.

Such a shame that last week's Drake chart onslaught didn't do a thorough job. Perfect, NBTS, Whatever It Takes, Look Alive needed to be purged too.

This, plus we don’t know if it’s even sent to pop. In most scenarios you could assume the answer to that is yes, but it doesn’t sound pop friendly at all and it’s still only under alt CMN.

Is it time to weight airplay more? The audience impression on radio is still huge. I understand that streaming should be weighted heftily because users are choosing to play the song, but right now 6 of the 10 biggest songs in the nation are songs a huge majority of people haven't even heard. It like shooting every track Come on Over to the Top 16 because the album sold well. It just doesn't feel right. The Hot 100 is supposed to represent the biggest songs in the country no matter how they are being consumed.
In the 90's, wasn't Airplay weighted 70% and sales weighted 30%?
