I will say this - and I haven't been too bitchy lately about the state of the top 10, so please don't jump me -, I am getting rid of my 2018 Top 10 playlist. Every year I upload all the songs that make top 10, usually as soon as they officially make it, to a playlist on my phone that I then play whenever (at the gym, as I study, etc.), but this year's list has no business staying on. I never listen to it, so it's just wasting precious space on my memory card. Out of the 41 songs that have peaked this year, only 14 have ever made my personal top 10.
I'm just incredibly turned off by the official top 10 right now, and, as someone has suggested before being attacked, I am looking elsewhere for my music. Like, you know, the RADIO. Lol.

I don't agree with the sentiment that the current Top 10 is really terrible. I agree that it's terrible that two pedophiles are in the Top 10 right now, but as far as the songs themselves are concerned, I'd say this Top 10 is more of a mixed bag than anything. I mean yeah, there are songs I dislike "Lucid Dreams", "Girls Like You", and "FEFE", but there's also songs like "In My Feelings", "Nice for What", and "I Like It" that I like.

Looking at this week's top ten, I can immediately recognize 6 of them and hum along their melodies. Of those 6, I actually enjoy 3 of them (I Like It, Boo'd Up, and Psycho).
