Sober now at #3 on itunes. I still find it weird/annoying how most people only want to support you when you're dead ( or in this case, very close to death)

It looks like Cardi B will replace herself at #1 on airplay, which aside from a brief period in 2002-2005, seems quite rare. Looking back, here are the other artists I could find who have achieved that: The Weeknd "Can't Feel My Face"/"The Hills" (2015) Rihanna "Only Girl"/"What's My Name" (2010-2011) T.I. "Whatever You Like"/"Live Your Life" (2008) Mariah Carey "We Belong Together"/"Shake It Off" (2005) 50 Cent "Candy Shop"/"Hate It Or Love It" (2005) Usher "Yeah!"/"Burn"/"Confessions Pt 2" (2004) - 3 in a row! 50 Cent "21 Questions"/"Magic Stick" (2003) Nelly "Hot in Herre"/"Dilemma" (2002) Ja Rule "Always on Time"/"Ain't It Funny" (2002) Mariah Carey "Fantasy"/"One Sweet Day" (1995) Boyz II Men "I'll Make Love To You"/"On Bended Knee" (1994) I didn't find anything prior to 1994. I feel like Bieber did it with Sorry and Love Yourself in 2016 those were huge on radio I know this is a technicality, but Ashanti had uncredited vocals on Ain't it Funny. So she was close with Always On Time (2) > Ain't it Funny (6) > Foolish (10)

"Sober" is the only Demi Lovato song gaining any ground, not others As the song is a about her not being "Sober" anymore - given the current drug overdose - coincidence? If she were actually dying, other songs would be gaining too

FEFE is not “free falling” at all. It’s still #6 on iTunes. It’s peak was #3.

I still find it weird/annoying how most people only want to support you when you're dead ( or in this case, very close to death) The discussion originated when it was uncertain Demi's state. At that point in time, a discussion about what music of hers could end up charting if she died actually would make sense. I'm not talking about what's happening now that she's stable, and neither was the original discussion. FEFE is not “free falling” at all. It’s still #6 on iTunes. It’s peak was #3. some hours ago it was at #3,so it's dropping No, it was #3 about 13 hours ago. A three position drop in 13 hours isn't a free fall, especially when that drop is literally only 0.3660 at #3 to 0.3555 at #6.

In My Feelings should jump both Better Now and Boo'd Up tomorrow. Just like I predicted yesterday. I'm excited for how well it's doing on radio. If it keeps up the pace, it could be the next radio #1, especially with how well it's doing on pop radio.

Fefe will debut pretty high this week but I doubt it will sustain longevity, I expect a pretty steep second week drop. It has no airplay, it's freefalling on sales, and streaming is gonna die out eventually. It'll probably stick around a bit longer because of the video.
I'm looking forward to see how Sober fairs, it's #2 on iTunes and it's picking up on Spotify. It has no airplay though, I think now would be the best time to send it to Pop. Though I'm a bit uncomfortable with the label trying to capitalize on Demi's overdose.

NTSB Issues Warning Over Drake 'In My Feelings' Challenge: Jumping Out Of Cars is 'Foolish and Dangerous' News By Gil Kaufman | July 26, 2018 11:21 AM EDT Drake, 2016 Doing the Shig could land you in jail for a year in Egypt, FYI. It should probably go without saying, but now someone has to say it: jumping out of a moving car to show off your hot-shot moves as part of the Drake "In My Feelings" challenge is dangerous and dumb. There, we said it.Actually, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said it in a statement to The Blast after the flood of videos showing fans doing their routines in traffic outside of ghost driving cars. "Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death in the U.S. Hopping out of a moving vehicle or jumping into lanes of traffic to show your dance moves is foolish and dangerous -- to you and those around you," NTSB chief of safety advocacy reportedly told the site. "There's a time and place for everything, but our nation's highways and roadways are no place for the #inmyfeelings challenge." We have some thoughts about the #InMyFeelings challenge. #Distraction in any mode is dangerous & can be deadly. Whether you are a #driver, #pilot, or #operator, focus on safely operating your vehicle. Read more on this #NTSBmwl issue: t.co/b9D0IwNemV #MWLMonday t.co/vt6oFTbDsj — NTSB (@ntsb) July 23, 2018 Since social media star Shiggy launched the dance craze in June, fans all over the world have been doing the routine everywhere and anywhere, including right outside their slow-rolling vehicles...and sometimes, it has not gone well. Billboard recently chronicled the many challenge fails, which show the danger the NTSB is talking about. LMFAOOOOO pic.twitter.com/iUCVN19qWm — carolina-- (@caarolin9) July 15, 2018 i almost died #Kekechallenge #KIKIDOYOULOVEME pic.twitter.com/ZkEExvN9ep — Barbara Kopylova (@baabsxx) July 15, 2018 HAHAHA when you stop midway through #Kekechallenge @baileywatkiins pic.twitter.com/7dmCUhjKeP — arii (@arianataylorr) July 11, 2018 Though Shiggy launched the challenge by doing the dance on a city street, he recently reminded folks to keep it out of traffic in Instagram post where he wrote, "#DoTheShiggy #InMyFeelingsChallenge is not about getting out of a moving car!" EVERYBODY SUBCRIBE TO MY YOUTUBE .. STAY TUNED FOR #DOTHESHIGGY TUTORIAL❗️--https://t.co/yB9KhgStyK — TheShiggyShow (@theshiggster) July 7, 2018 The challenge could also land you behind bars. In Abu Dhabi, three social media stars were arrested after officials said their dancing "endangered lives, offended public morals and violated the traffic law," while police in Spain are warning that anyone jumping out of a car to do the Shiggy could face criminal charges. Finally, Egyptian police have warned that anyone disrupting traffic could get a year in prison and a $167 fine.

Wow, "I Like It" rose so fast to #1 on airplay but it also got eclipsed just as fast. #JusticeforDelicate
If Delicate goes back to #2 behind "Girls Like You", I'm going to scream lol

It's surprising that Drake hasn't had a #1 airplay hit from Scorpion yet - Nice for What & God's Plan peaked at #3.
But "In My Feelings" seems like it's going to break that curse, it's ascent is insane.

That's mainly because pop took so much longer to latch onto GP and NFW where as urban and rhythmic latched on immediately.

If more people are going to care about the song it generates more revenue and makes Demi even more valuable. if she pulls through, she will have a comeback era stronger than her past albums.
