Eh it'll be okay without the discount it's been steady so far and it's a tight race between IMF and GLY for the 9/15 charts my money says IMF will still be #1 this week ,but i will be surprised if GLY hits #1 . I think radio is going to b a bigger factor. Discount probably didn't do much o Maroon's label got stats and realized a #1 isn't going to happen so y lose money on a discount IMF holdin on... I think that's what their label probably realised. Either that or maybe they just have faith that the song will reach #1 without the discount. Seems like IMF has stopped dropping as hard on radio like it's been doing the past few weeks. Also seems like GLY, ILI and BN have also peaked on radio. It'll probably be slow decreases for all of them from this point on. |

My calculations may be off but GLY may actually have a shot at #1 come monday.. the songs are a lot closer than many ppl seem to realize. Also the fact that there was no major new release this week, as long as GLY stays steady on radio.. its guaranteed #1 the following week ! This. It's a) label knows #1 is a no go and doesn't want to lose money via discount b) a #1 is in line based on IMF's decline and save money by taking off a discount. Does anyone see Drake and French going #1? Personally i don't. The drake hype has died down. French isn't even that big of an artist. but it's a low competitive time in terms of points. Usually, Jan/Fb and Spt/Oct have lo competition |

A lot of people said that after God's Plan, and then after Nice For What when I'm Upset didn't do much. With a catchy song, he'll smash regardless. |

Drake has been oversaturated on radio this year. I don't see any new records from him having impact until maybe next year when people have rested a bit, but hey, you never know. After a 2016 that had him scoring chart and radio hits with songs like Work w/ Rihanna, One Dance, Controlla, Too Good and For Free, he released Fake Love in October of that year and it became a top 10 hit record and hit #1 on both Rhythmic and Urban radio. We'll see what the record does. If it's a good song and it connects with enough people, anything is possible. |

The Way coming for #1 next week. Don't think that song is how his fans will be remembering him... He's never had a mainstream hit as lead artist, and didn't have any sizable songs this year so he'll probably just have a couple songs go top 40. Billboard 200 will be different though. He could possibly be #2 behind Eminem with an album, especially since its the beginning of the tracking week. |

I see The Way doing well streaming-wise especially today and tomorrow on Spotify maybe 1 million streams in the U.S. for today and possibly 2 or 3 million tomorrow. Way too much backlash at Ariana for his death. I mean it was his fault technically. He should've gotten help.

If the song catches on with the Spotify audience, like everything Drake touches that isn't a Lemon remix, it's guaranteed top 10 at the very least. |

We have to shift our conversations about substance abuse from one of shame to one of love and support. It’s a serious thing and sometimes they can’t help themselves. So RIP Mac Miller and I’m glad to say he was one of the least problematic white rappers around <3 |
