I don't think GLY is going to make it to #1. If radio is what you're hinging everything on, pop radio will single-handedly thwart that with the way they apparently don't give a f**k about the horrible callouts for IMF and are reviving it when it (should have) already peaked. Well, I think it's pretty much a done deal that IMF will remain #1 come Monday. IMF is dropping harder than GLY currently in overall radio and that might just be what gives GLY the upper hand in the next tracking week because their sales are pretty much the same, but IMF's streams are higher. No it's not

Today's pop update for IMF is about a +0.800 in audience. That keeps up, it'll negate any audience losses it gets at other formats. That would only widen the gap back up if IMF holds steady in overall audience while GLY continues to backslide. Urban and Rhythmic continues to fall though " That keeps up, it'll negate any audience losses it gets at other formats."

How the hell is IMF getting another wind at pop radio with such terrible callout scores?

^ That highlights what I'm saying. If airplay is the metric you're hoping/assuming GLY will get to #1, what's happened today will prevent that from happening if it becomes a trend. How the hell is IMF getting another wind at pop radio with such terrible callout scores? Unless radio is just moving the spins they're dropping from Cardi/Post/maybe even M5 and giving some of them back to Drake just because it's the 'next in line' or whatever...

Yeah, I think I get you now. The update IMF got on pop today was much bigger than the one it got yesterday, so I see it now. If that continues and GLY continues to drop, IMF will spend an 11th week at #1, no doubt. That's crazy that that's even a possibility. These past few weeks have been crazy/weird tracking those two songs.

Lol, I don't think radio works that way. At this point in a song's run, it's updates, positive or negative, are determined by it's callout scores. IMF's callout scores have been terrible for WEEKS now, which is why it started getting dropped on pop so quickly after a quick rise on the format. It also started to drop as soon as it peaked on the rythmic and urban formats I'm guessing because Drake has already sent a lot of songs to the summit of both formats this year and because he started pushing Nonstop as a single on both formats around the same time.

The absolute value of GLY losses minus IMF losses suggests that IMF will certainly be #1 tomorrow. Now let’s see if it can hold on. Remember how far it falls doesn’t matter, only the difference in fall between it and GLY

The update Billboard posted had it slightly above GLY for Monday's update and there have been no boosts for GLY in any metric to suggest that it'd magically jump above IMF. Also, all the predictions I've seen so far have IMF slightly above GLY. We'll just have to wait and see at this point. I think IMF has it, though. If streams are lower than expected , GLY has it

"GLY" is nearing 900 million views, which is a solid total for a new-ish song. It's also their second most streamed video. "Sugar" has 2.7 billion views, which is way more than any other M5 video. What happened there?

Only way GLY goes #1 tomorrow is if an error is made in the calculations of IMF's numbers.

Lol "GLY" better go on discount. Their label were dumb to ever take that discount off. I believe they could have had the #1 song tomorrow if they hadn't taken it off.

is GLY possibly the most successful pop song released this year thus far ? feels like hip hop dominated the hot 100 this year and GLY has been the only pop song for at least the past 5 months to be in the top 5 !! many ppl may not realize but i think GLY grammy chances are very good in pop duo category ! This, the middle and the ariana song is GLY possibly the most successful pop song released this year thus far ? feels like hip hop dominated the hot 100 this year and GLY has been the only pop song for at least the past 5 months to be in the top 5 !! many ppl may not realize but i think GLY grammy chances are very good in pop duo category ! Yes, it probably is. The only other pop-sounding song released this year that was a massive success was The Middle, which was EDM with a few Pop aspects (and a Country singer as the vocalist.) oh wow Why should streams be lower than expected? I ran my own calculations and they tally with fhas '. IMF should pull in at least 41 million streams. Only way GLY goes #1 tomorrow is if an error is made in the calculations of IMF's numbers. bigger decrease from previous weekly streams I still think it's ith IMF/GLY this Monday GLY next Monday unless Eminem puts it on all formats. Eminem next #1 down the line

IMF still has the edge.

LMAO. All this back-and-forth between two sh*t, done-to-death songs.
Can RIHANNA release her "FentyxMusic" lead single already so we can actually have a fresh #1 to discuss? Hopefully hers will be the next crossover radio SMASH!
Ugh! I seriously miss her on the charts. This is depressing.

O.T: GLY will be #1. (nnn. I hope).

Oh, I didn't realize it was getting that kind of buzz. Or are they just thinking that the points are so low all across the board that basically any song in the top 15 that hasnt peaked yet has a chance at #1 Either way I'll be keeping my eyes on it

I am not a rap fan at all. And yet I like IMF. Based on past chart history I’m assuming it will be #1 again. Tho I still like Maroon 5 and wouldn’t mind them getting another one even tho the song isn’t close to their top 5 best.
