Problem is the Xmas songs that may block it. I hope not...a peak at #11 would be annoying.

That's what happens when the estate of a dead artist keeps exploiting their old work. Artists have a vault for a reason. Lots of songs in there are unfinished work or songs they didn't feel confident enough to release while they were still alive and all the posthumous work they've released from this kid was probably work he would have never put out had he been alive. He probably would have worked on better stuff. His family seems intent on milking his name for as long and for as much money as they possibly can, though. Who am I to say they can't?

What is the stipulation for a songs usage being counted in it's streams again? Like would High Hopes, Happier, or I Like It's streams count from the YT Rewind?

I don't think so; for starters I think a video has to be categorized under 'Music' to be counted toward Billboard and YT Rewind isn't strictly a 'music' video. Even then, I'd imagine the Billboard credit would be for the mash-up remix used in the video (so it'd be a singular song credit to whoever did the music, thus wouldn't go toward the original artists anyway).

I haven't watched this year's Rewind yet, to be clear.

I'm pretty sure NTLTC was #1 for like a couple days but couldn't hold on for long enough to get the Radio Songs #1. I really wanna see Breathin go #1 in Pop but it seems unlikely.
