Ugh, really? I thought this would at least make top 50. Love this song, too bad most of his other stuff isn't good.
As for the "Two High"/Train comparisons... the song admittedly does have a similar musical vibe to some of Train's songs, but IMO it's better written, more melodic, and lacks the overtly cringey elements of their stuff.

People doing well have reason to fear the wrath of #72. Someone loses their first top 10 here, and the five highest rankers for this song have not yet lost a top 10… until now. This is our first song to cross the 20 top-half ranking plateau, but it couldn’t get it all that far. It only received five bottom 10s, two of which were bottom 5s, but it got hammered with 13 bottom 20s in total. This song spent multiple lists in the top 40, but just kept on falling.

The song is clearly a love letter to British indie rock circa 2005, but I dig it for that reason. Wish he would have stuck to that sound instead of all this weird electro-rap stuff he does elsewhere.

This is great EDM, and this is the kinda EDM I would be totally fine with on Alternative. Great song. I definitely underranked this one.

I kinda like this one, I agree that it's an EDM style that suits Alternative better than the painfully generic Chainsmokers/Coldplay and Marshmello/Bastille tracks. I thought this might do worse so I'll take this.

Let’s end the night by sounding the alarm one final time. #71 brings to us the seventh-highest standard deviation in the rankdown, and it’s one that will leave one person dissatisfied the most. I love ending the night with a #1 loss. Three people in total gave out top 10s to this song, and six more saw it worthy of a top 20. 18 people will be walking home with a top half loss. It wouldn’t be fair for me to leave out those who will be celebrating, though. Five people ditch a bottom 10. One of them leaves behind something special, and we’ll be seeing the maximum range here.
