At this point, with over a week's worth of data tracked, I think it's safe to say that Please Me is underperforming on streaming platforms. I, for one, am not surprised. Bruno isn't a streaming force and his last collaboration with Cardi B also underperformed on streaming platforms. I think the life of this single will be mostly determined by how long it can continue to perform well on radio. A video might offer a massive boost, but how long that lasts and how huge a boost it brings are still up in the air as far as I'm concerned. I think Cardi should have waited before releasing a new single. Money still has it's legs in tact and she could have coasted off of features for the next couple of weeks at least. Then again, I'm a huge Drake fan and he doesn't follow those conventions so who am I to criticize. Yup, "Finesse" was such a mystery. 8 weeks at #3, peaked at #2 on sales, and #1 on streaming and radio - but it's timing wasn't optimal. And it just kind of free-falled after leaving the top 10. I don't think "Please Me" will do much better despite coming right out of the gate. It'll debut in the top 10, but it's chart run is still to be seen. Truth be told, I'm not a *huge* fan of the song. It sounds like a 24K Magic-era throwaway with some trap drums thrown on it, lol. It's decent, but it didn't blow me away. Still, regardless of whether it ends up topping the Hot 100 or not, both Cardi and Bruno end up with another top 10 hit and that's always welcome.

Anyway, I'm excited for the huge #1 single "7 Rings" to hit #1 for a 5th week next week. So many try to downplay its success when in reality it's a massive hit.

15. (=) DAN + SHAY - Tequila (63.206) (+0.048) 16. (=) SCOTTY MCCREERY - This Is It (60.625) (-0.335) 17. (+1) LUKE COMBS - Beautiful Crazy (58.558) (+0.737) 18. (-1) JASON ALDEAN - Girl Like You (58.328) (-0.107) 19. (=) LUKE BRYAN - What Makes You Country (56.279) (+0.916) There's 5 Country hits currently top 20 on Overall Radio. Pretty sure that's never happened before this past year? I really think Country might become the dominant radio format next decade, as the youth further switch towards streaming.

Don't really want to
Just sayin' dig back far enough you could probably find an example or two
Country scoring big on this chart comes in cycles. Go back into the 70s and early 80s for example, country songs routinely hit #1, for example
This may very well be an "all time record" but I have my doubts

Her recent 3 singles (No Tears Left to Cry, breathin, thank u next) peaked at #3 on radio, they always have great starts but start to stall eventually.

"Shallow" is likely to top sales for a couple more weeks with the Oscars giving it more momentum. "7R" will have to outlast that to get to #1 on all 3 metrics.

I believe he/she is referring to topping all components at some point, not just at once. If I recall correctly, Perfect was #1 on radio the week Havana was #1 on the Hot 100.

When was the last song to top āSales; Streams; Radioā all in the same chart week? āShape Of Youā perhaps, if even that?
I honestly canāt recall. LMAO.
The biggest hits weāve the last year all seemed to have stalled in the top five of radio unfortunately.
Grandeās songs seem to stall in the top five of radio as she lacks support from Urban and (or) HAC formats which would boost audience impressions. Pop radio seems to take her songs to a certain height, as does Rhythmic radio, but then they either start stalling or falling.

Something that surprised me - "Love Lies" went recurrent last week
And it is only #7 on recurrents :/
The Middle, Believer (52 weeks on the recurrent chart!), Meant to Be and Perfect are ahead of it...
So I guess it was really lucky to get those 51 weeks on the Hot 100

Speaking about recurrents, it's so crazy to think that if Believer wasn't gone recurrent on Hot Rock Songs it would be #2 on the last chart, ahead of "Natural". What a massive hit.
In fact, it's sad to see the situation of Hot Rock. Only ONE song of it is currently charting on Hot 100 and the other two songs of the Top 3 are already out of Recurrents.
