15. Pretty Noose - Soundgarden Again. wrong song out first. This is way better than 'Birdie in my Hand'.

It's finally time for the Goo Goo Dolls to lose one of their songs.

I either really love songs by those grunge bands or don't. Grunge crashed the perfect Rock N Roll party I was barely old enough to really start enjoying. Truthfully grunges vibe was exactly the opposite of 80's Metal. It was water thrown on fire and the lyrics were dark. Not my thing at all. But to be fair I will be ranking a few songs from these grunge bands wayyyyyyyyyy higher than most of you in the next coming rankdowns. I think?

This last set of extras begin with a song that was originally recorded in 1977 but was only released in 1995 as part of The Beatles Anthology video documentary. It's their only song to chart on mainstream rock. Top 10 hit lol.

11. Test for Echo - Rush Stellar song. Another 80's band who did a nice transition into 90's without losing their sound.
REJOICE STP makes the top 10 again!!!!!!

The highest charting extra we've had to this point, I believe.
Also, no regrets whatsoever, this would have been high for me.

I might have overranked my 22 here a bit, to be honest. May have underranked my 17, though, so we'll call it even.

The follow-up single to the year-end #1 just missed out. It's interesting that this song did not chart on Alternative considering how big "Counting Blue Cars" was.
