Here's an extra by a one-hit wonder from 1995, but not their hit. In fact, this song was never a single, but it has a very long (20-inch), humorous name...

Ugh, She Don't Use Jelly deserved much better. Thought it'd be top 50 at least.
As for my ranking for Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon, two words. Pulp Fiction.
At least I got a perfecto for In the Blood.

me, about a week ago: "and after what should be the last break for this rankdown..." me, today: "lol"
#40 starts us off with what is the only milestone SD of the set, at the 10th lowest. two top tens, but neither are high and both are from people who have lost top tens before. only 17 top 50s, but this only has one bottom 20, and it's not very low. this was higher at the start but never left the top half.

two more top tens are taken away with #39, however, this has a few more top 50s with 21. this had some opposition, meanwhile, as 6 people ranked this bottom 20, and a few of those are bottom ten. this was top 20 for 9 lists, but fell off quickly after that and spent the last few moments of the game on the bubble of missing the top 40.

Despite my ranking being on the lower side for Bowie, I still expected this to be top 30. Kind of surprised that it didn't get there.

if you're worried about a top ten loss for #38, rest easy, as there's none there. you'll have to worry every other reveal, though, as it's the last song without top ten rankings. 22 top half rankings, though, with five of those being top 20. there are some low rankings, though, with two bottom tens and a few other bottom 20s. like "the heart's filthy lesson", this spent time in the top 20 early and stayed there, but when it fell out of it it fell kind of hard, struggling to even try and get back into the top 30 in the later rankings.

Pleasantly surprised that the SD for this song wasn't higher.
It not doing so well for NIN, on the other hand, is not a surprise.

while #38 was the last song without any top ten losses, #37 isn't that bad, honestly, with only one top ten that isn't very high. only 17 top 50s, though. one of the two bottom ten rankings clears their bottom ten with this reveal. this was in the bottom half for a few lists early on, but by the middle it was consistently in the 20s for much of the game. that didn't last, though, and it sunk back into the 35-40 area by the end.

#36 should bring slightly more excitement to the table, as we lose four top tens! no bottom tens, either, but four bottom 20s. only 18 top half rankings, too. movements are kind of like "strange currencies", too, with it being bottom 50 early before rising up into the 20s for a while before lowering back down into the 30s by the end.

#35 still doesn't give us a lot of top ten losses, but they're part of 7 top 20s total, as well as 20 top half rankings. six bottom 20s, including a few bottom tens. this was actually struggling to make the top 40 for a good chunk of the game, but recovered just in time.

My low rank is a combination of 1) the pace making the worst quirks of her voice stand out and 2) the songwriting being a little overly cutesy and simple

I was not expecting to rank this song this low, to be honest. It just kind of wound up there by virtue of this rankdown being hopelessly difficult.
