I think these threads are fine when there is a big release (new Taylor single is a great example) so that discussion for the big release can be separated from the current week. However, the prediction threads shouldn't be started until we have the top 10, there is no reason to have prediction threads for weeks beyong the current tracking week. |

I kinda hope it's blocked. The song sounds like a decent hit but the video gives me anxiety and deja-vu that's pretty scary.

I'm not even sure if it can break youtube record or whatever. But there's a chance it can catch up with people who don't stay up at night after a few hours so it can reach 100m in one day... You can use LWYMMD as a reference: kworb.net/pop/archive/20170825.html. At its first 3 hours it had a very similar lead with ME! (about 11 times over #10), and around noon the lead over #10 became almost 30 times and that's its peak. It's probably gonna share similar trajectory. But don't forget that LWYMMD only released a lyrics video on its first day. |

And how do people feel about the song? I like it, it's catchy and fun, and I'm digging the retro vibe, it sounds like something The Jackson 5 would have sung. The music video is pretty fun too. I like that 2019 seems to be marking a return to fun music, 2017-18 were soooo mellow. However, the reactions on Twitter seem to underwhelming, with people comparing it to "Shake It Off" and saying that they also hated that when it came out but it kickstarted her best era so there's still hope. I always liked "Shake It Off".  |

Yep, itโs #9 with 5M+ views in the last 24 hrs, which is crazy. I saw someone on twitter say YouTube started putting it in peopleโs recommendations (or started putting it there more frequently) for some reason. I fully support, that song was ahead of its time even tho the solo version is much better |
