Billboard Top 10 from 35, 30, 25, and 20 years ago: June 25, 199412 15 Anytime You Need a Friend - Mariah Carey It never got any higher. It's sad that beautiful ballad became her first single to miss the top 10. She'd then have a strong run of top 2s with "Endless Love" through "My All."

All jokes aside, Sunflower's longevity is truly impressive, especially because 1) it's not radio driven, and 2) it has to share the spotlight with another Post song.
Girls Like You, and other crooked and corrupt "longevity" hits could never!

Girls Like You, and other crooked and corrupt "longevity" hits could never! Last week, Sunflower (67.1%) was more streaming driven than Old Town Road (66.9%). It's the only song in U.S. Spotify history with more than 30 weeks in the top 10 (33).

"The Git Up" is #13 on Country Songs and by doing some research puts it in the 67-63 range on Hot 100.

Thus, she is the only artist to achieve both feats.

Technically speaking, I wouldn’t say so. “Forever” was released as radio-only single between “Always Be My Baby” and “Honey which peaked at #9 on the overall Airplay charts, and “Butterfly” was released as a radio-only single between “Honey” and “My All” which peaked at #16 on the overall Airplay charts. They may not have been released commercially thus they couldn’t chart on the Hot 100 regardless, but each of those singles received solid promotion ala. multiple live performances and music videos. There’s also “Breakdown” which peaked in the top 5 of the R&B charts prior to “My All” also.

Speechless getting that good boost:
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH I'M SPEECHLESSSSSSSSSSSS"
Beer Never Broke My Heart should jump to the Top 20, as both hits by Dan + Shay plus Luke's "Beautiful Crazy" has been finessed by a Top 20 peak (well aside from Morgan and Blake of course)

What if the hype between the music video of "You Need To Calm Down" helps Katy Perry in the Billboard Hot 100 (Never Really Over and Con Calma)?

He's been ahead of her since Scorpion dropped last year... Ok. Cool. I never said otherwise. It’s just funny how Rihanna was the first artist this century to cross 30 U.S top tens but now Drake has surpassed with his ‘Scorpion’ era singles and features. That’s Rihanna’s fault for not having released since 2017 anyhow. O.T: I wonder how many top tens Rihanna’s next era will grant her. If she can get to at least 35 or more then that’ll be great considering Female artists are seeing less and less these days. Rihanna better release a Hip-Hop album next. LOL.

If she can get to at least 35 or more then that’ll be great considering Female artists are seeing less and less these days. Rihanna better release a Hip-Hop album next. LOL. I know you didn't, your post just came off like he JUST surpassed her when that has been the case since early July last year. I think it all depends on how she starts off the era. Because of how much delay her forthcoming album has had, I can't see her pushing even 1 single for a significant amount of time before dropping the entire album. Also, with the long-run success ANTi saw, she might be led to just drop the album all at once kinda like she did for ANTi (even though Work came a day before the album). In her latest profile with Interview Magazine, it seemed like she was eager to drop the entire album. If that ends up being the case, it becomes a matter of how weak the charts are when her album drops and how well she does on the streaming end of things. The thing with Rihanna is that her inconsistency in the streaming era has been to her detriment. Taking ANTi's second-week numbers as it's first week numbers, she moved 166,000 equivalent album units, of which 124,000 were pure sales. That tells you how poorly the album performed on streaming platforms. With the further decline of pure sales since then, she'll have to use bundles to put up decent numbers. It's really just hard to tell how a Rihanna album in 2019 will do as far as streaming goes. If she puts up decent numbers (which I expect), I can see her scoring anywhere from 2-3 top 10 singles. Worst case scenario, she scores just 1 top 10 single. We'll have to wait and see and hope that the seemingly high demand for music from her by the public translates to good streaming numbers. Either way, I'm not bothered and I doubt she is. I think she'll be fine regardless of what type of album she makes.
