Love, love, LOVE the new Taylor Swift track! Sadly it's a midweek release so won't probably reach its chart potential now or at all if it doesn't get the single treatment.

so what THE GIFT's song are we expecting to debut in the H100? Probably just Brown Skin Girl, tbh. And even then that one will be fairly low.

Kinda agree on this. In their first week, "÷" had 450k and "x" 210k, I think he expected something between these 2, probably 250k-300k. Numbers in the US and UK are still great, but not for him. But this project is still a win for him, #1 in 13 countries, I Don't Care, Beautiful People, Cross Me, Antisocial, South Of The Border are/will be hits (probably). Yeah, he had SOME promo, but nothing comparable to "÷", and ofc that Spotify will promote his music (whether he wanted that or not), he's the most followed artist on this platform. Also, people who thinks that this album/project is similar to his old music are wrong and they know it. I have something I wanna say but I would like to see the UWC numbers for the project's first week before I do. 504,0005th biggest opening this year 1.BTS (Bangtan Boys) - Map Of The Soul: Persona (2,514,000)2.Arashi - 5x20 All The Best!! 1999-2019 (1,304,000)3.Ariana Grande - Thank U, Next (585,000)4.Billie Eilish - When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? (514,000)

New Majid Jordan/Khalid single dropping later today. Titled "Caught Up." It's just over 4 minutes long. Really chill vibe.

I was wondering what’s gonna be the next Billie Eilish single? I hope it’ll be My Strange Addiction.

I was wondering what’s gonna be the next Billie Eilish single? I hope it’ll be My Strange Addiction. It seems that "I Love You" is gaining traction on both Spotify and Apple Music playlists, so I could see them going with that. It's not a bad choice, especially since "when the party's over" performed so well.

Next #1 on Radio? I Don't Care? bad guy? Truth Hurts? Senorita? It looks like “I Don’t Care”, just because Bad Guy still has a ways to catch up. I Don’t Care should be able to easily wait out Talk’s run to become the next #1.

^Assuming that happens, Talk could still be #1 for 2 or 3 more weeks in Radio Songs.

So how is that Sam Smith song doing? Could we expect a top 20/30 debut?

Sunflower being above both Goodbyes and Wow is funny, that song is a fighter. Rightly deserved tbh.

There's no real chance that this promo single of Taylor's could debut at #1 next week and ruin OTR chances of making history, is there?

So...
Is it safe to say that “Old Town Road” will be an automatic top 20 or 10 on the all-time Hot 100 now that it has become the longest running number one single ever? (Or doesn’t it work like that).

(Or doesn’t it work like that). No. Longevity is pretty much important. According to Tanooki's update, for the #20 on the all-time list, OTR needs like 415,000 points more - that's about 50% of OTR current points (848,000). At this moment, OTR is somewhere in the top 350. On the last year's ALL-TIME LIST, Despacito was #33 and One Sweet Day #38.

So I guess it’s safe to assume The Twist, Smooth, and Mack The Knife will remain the top 3 for a while then...
