I found streaming totals for Pandora, so I added them to the Spotify and YouTube streams to get an even more complete list of the most streamed tracks of the main 80s/90s divas. These are the songs that clear 500 million total streams between the three platforms:
1. "All I Want For Christmas Is You" - 2.212 billion streams 2. "I Will Always Love You" - 1.901 billion streams 3. "We Belong Together" - 1.542 billion streams 4. "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" - 1.086 billion streams 5. "Always Be My Baby" - 1.001 billion streams 6. "I Have Nothing" - 906 million streams 7. "Higher Love" - 729 million streams 8. "La Isla Bonita" - 703 million streams 9. "My Heart Will Go On" - 679 million streams 10. "One Sweet Day" - 609 million streams 11. "Without You" - 597 million streams 12. "Hero" - 573 million streams 13. "Obsessed" - 536 million streams 14. "Touch My Body" - 510 million streams

Mariah's Angels Cry duet with Neyo having 140s million views on youtube is so random. It's probably the most viewed diva's flop. How come? It does seem random, and I've seen a lot of speculation about it. Some have said it was big in some Asian territories, though I haven't seen the proof. Others have said it's because at one point it was the video on her artist page so it automatically played when you went there, but the video still gets about 50,000 views a day so I don't think that's it either. Why is Janet such a non presence on streaming? It's a combination of a few things, but as someone else pointed out, her getting blackballed after the Super Bowl incident is likely part of it. Her music isn't often used in TV, film, etc so that keeps newer audiences from getting exposed to it. Plus Janet is kind of a recluse, so she isn't out promoting her back catalog. Regardless it's sad that someone with such a great catalog (Hall of Fame catalog!) is nearly forgotten I'd also guess that part of Janet's lack of streaming precense is that her brother's legacy is so enormous that it kinda crowds Janet's out (even though she put up similar chart numbers). To most young people, Janet Jackson is probably most known as Michael's sister (and maybe for nipplegate, which was more on Justin Timberlake than Janet) rather than a highly prolific artist in her own right.

Angels Cry gets over 8 million streams per year from the Philippines on Youtube. It's her second most popular song on Youtube Philippines after Through The Rain. ....And that's not too surprising considering It's All Coming Back To Me Now, Sometimes, Bleeding Love, Where Do Broken Hearts Go, Take A Bow, My Heart Will Go On, Teardrops On My Guitar and Back To December are also some of the biggest songs by Western singers there. Philippines have a particular taste in music.

It's at 58 million total views going back to 2009, which is an average of like 5 million views a year.

It gets about 20m per year according to Youtube Charts but that includes unofficial uploads, lyric videos, etc. charts.youtube.com/artist/%2Fm%2F04xrx?hl=en-GBSo the Philippines are responsible for almost half of the songs worldwide Youtube streams. The official music video itself gets about 9 million streams per year currently, although it was only averaging about 3 million per year for the first few years of Youtube's existence. kworb.net/youtube/video/RRNdmkH8zrI.html

That would be 24,657 per day (it did more than that in 8 of the last 12 days) or 750,000 per month (it seems on track for about 800,000 this March).

Supposedly this is the top 10 in U.S. on-demand streams for pre-2000s women so far in 2021:
1. Britney Spears – 510.9M (40 weeks) vs 430.8M in 2020 total (#3) 2. Mariah Carey – 464.9M (40 weeks) vs 812.4M in 2020 total (#1) 3. Shakira – 414.8M (40 weeks) vs 483.5M in 2020 total (#2) 4. Enya – 325.1M (40 weeks) vs 382M in 2020 total (#6) 5. Whitney Houston – 324.5M (40 weeks) vs 407.3M in 2020 total (#4) 6. Mary J. Blige – 309.8M (40 weeks) 7. Destiny’s Child – 285.6M (40 weeks) 8. Selena – 282.9M (33 weeks) 9. Madonna – 265.2M (40 weeks) 10. The Chicks – 251.5M (39 weeks)

Mariah Carey's "Without You" recently passed 100 million streams on Spotify. It is her 8th song to hit that mark, and no other song of hers or the other divas will pass that mark soon so I updated some stats. Here is a ranking of all of the divas songs that have hit 100 million streams on both Spotify and YouTube: I love all of these stats that you've posted! It would be interesting to see what albums have the highest total streams as well, but I imagine that would be a little tricky and time consuming lol

Even if you take out "AIWFCIY," Mariah has 10 songs on this list, which is twice as much as anyone else.

I'm updating my data now that we're in a new year.
Songs over 200 million Spotify streams: Whitney - 5 Mariah - 4 (adding "Fantasy" album and remix together; "IKWYW" has 190 million streams so it will get there soon) Madonna - 4 Celine - 2 Janet - 0
Songs over 100 million Spotify streams: Mariah - 12 Whitney - 9 Madonna - 8 Celine - 6 (but 2 more are close) Janet - 1
Songs over 200 million YT views: Mariah - 10 (I combined the main "AIWFCIY" ones because they're the same song but separated out the Bieber duet) Whitney - 6 Madonna - 5 Celine - 5 Janet - 0
Songs over 100 million YT views: Mariah - 18 (again combining main "AIWFCIY" but separating out Bieber duet and combining "Fantasy" album and remix versions) Whitney - 10 Madonna - 9 Celine - 9 Janet - 1
Songs with at least 100 million Spotify streams and 100 million YT views: Mariah - 11 Whitney - 7 Madonna - 6 Celine - 4 Janet - 0

I’d be curious to know if Janet’s numbers increased this year compared to previous years. She seems to have had a higher profile in the last year or two, with Janet Appreciation Day and her documentary and such. For me, I’ve listening to more Janet this year than probably the last ten years combined.

Agree with what everyone above said about Janet's blackballing being the chief culprit of her relatively lower-rung status among younger/contemporary audiences -- ie, the type of consumers streaming music on Spotify.
I'm a 23-year old, and up until last year when I first started digging into her catalogue, I couldn't have even hummed you two bars of a Janet Jackson song. Hollywood and the media spent years erasing her from the cultural footprint, while continuing to champion Janet's contemporaries (like Madonna and Mariah) as classic artists. We are now witnessing the after-affects of those years of total shutout and hostility -- a generation has grown up and come of age in a world where Janet Jackson's name was silenced from pop culture history.
Over time, certain songs/artists/albums inevitably becomes obscure or forgotten or written off as a temporary fad, while other songs/artists/albums from the same era endure and are revered as classic or legendary. Often, I find myself agreeing with the weight of history: I think that, generally, we remember the good hits and forget the mediocre ones because the cream rises to the top.
This principle, however, clearly does not apply in Janet's case. Despite now being the most obscure and un-enduring of the 90s divas, Janet inarguably had some of the BEST artistry of any of them.
Janet had an amazing run over a decade long -- one, I should add, that never devolved into adult-contempo ballad slush. (Ahem, Celine, Mariah.) Over the course of Janet's imperial era, she showed just as much versatility and depth as Madonna herself, though Madonna is the only one who gets her flowers for it. I love 'Like a Prayer,' but Madonna has never created anything as intricate and masterful as 'The Velvet Rope' in my opinion.
