It's important to note though that sales still give vastly more weight to the Hot 100 than streams (I believe 1 sale = about 150 streams or something like that), so if you're going to support it, purchasing would be the way to go. Attempting to stream it to the point where it would even equal one sale might even be a waste of your time, because doesn't Billboard filter out streams if it's played over and over dozens of times?
It seems like trying to purchase it through as many outlets as possible that count towards the Hot 100, such as iTunes, Amazon, etc., would be the best way to go. Does anyone have a list of all of those outlets? (Assuming Billboard wouldn't filter those sales too. I know multiple sales from one outlet don't count, but from different outlets, I'm not sure if they filter or even have the ability to do that).

The idea of this hitting #1 with basically no intervention from Taylor is more satisfying to me than her putting out multiple versions to try get to #1
