if You Should Be Sad stays on for at least two more weeks I think it should be safe to make it, but I’m not sure how likely that is to happen. If this week is its last, it should be borderline with it being more likely to miss than make it, and if next week is its last, it should be borderline but with a slightly higher chance of making it You Should Be Sad is currently at 170.050 points for me. Looking at the trends so far (with songs like Yummy and What A Man Gotta Do), even after its big drop it should be able to stick around in the bottom half for a few more weeks and make the year-end list, albeit at a rather low position. I'd say both it and Godzilla are reasonably safe (Godzilla more so because my calculations say it's already passed last year's year-end threshold), unless a massive surprise album bomb comes around and wipes the charts clean next week.

I really hope "You should be sad" makes it. Such a great song and probably my favorite single from Halsey thus far.

Or are you waiting for near the end of the year to post it? its an inverse point system so its not that accurate and i already explained it in the 2010s ye predictions thread but i think i will post what i have at 26 weeks into the chart year since that's the halfway point

55. What A Man Gotta Do (+4) - WA: 8 Bro What a Man Gotta Do is at #98 this week how did it jump 4 spots. I guess because a good number of the songs below it already left the charts a long good time ago, so any further increase in points resulted in a significant jump.

Also I'm excited to see Nobody But You rise up the charts because if it can secure its YE position it would keep alive the fact that every year end list so far has had someone who made a 1900's year end chart

^ That song isn't 100% a lock though, even with the weak corona charts.

Guys, I don't think The Box is locked yet, it might barely make the bottom 10 if it's lucky.

I know for a fact that Blake's first hit was in 2001 with Austin, also known as one of the best hit songs of the entire decade, and yes, that is an opinion I will defend.

Just with No Doubt but I think it counts because she was a performer on Don't Speak and Just A Girl and because she's credited as a member of No Doubt she's in essence credited with making those year end lists. At least that's how I feel
Also that's a suspect opinion indeed

Who is guaranteed a TOP10 at this point, especially with corona?? The Box, Circles, SYL?

i swear yall hoes dont think any song is locked lmao weren't people literally saying in the 2010s predictions thread after it dropped out that breathin was borderline for the 2019 list because even with the cutoff that ended up being really weak, that was just so blatantly wrong

Like a ton of songs on the 2019 list wouldn't have enough points to land on 2018 and that's why we were saying some songs were borderline.

I know it's only 5 months into the new chart year but Sunday Best might actually take the spot for worst hit song of the year over Banana Slide and hot girl bummer. It's like Lalala if Lalala was absolute garbage.

Regardless, I'm insanely grateful "breathin" made it to the 2019 Year-End. It would be a real shame to have yet another fantastic song getting caught between years, especially when it's probably Ariana's best single to date (debatable, I know, but the lyrics are really special to me).

Not yet locks, but I can see Say So and Toosie Slide finishing in the YE Top 10. Say So has the better chance because it's going to have longevity due to radio (see SYL, and Say So doesn't have part of its run from 2019 cut off like SYL does). Toosie Slide has a chance based on its first 2 weeks numbers, but can it muster enough longevity?
