The US charts seems to have a bit of lag in non-rap songs compared to international charts, with Dance Monkey's rise being much delayed for example. Tbh neither Heartless or Blinding Lights feels like it's from pre-BBTM. Starboy definitely doesn't. |

To me it seems like it would look better if it stayed on another week rather than falling off completely (some may disagree), but at least there will be a logical reason for it's precipitous and likely record-breaking fall and won't be looked back upon as harshly. |

See how no guidance has some longevity because of the artists. I feel like if something like a Mariah and eminem collab happened then that would get it her 20th #1 Considering the savage diss track Eminem had for Mariah back in 2009, it might be a decade ago but I feel like they're still not gonna collaborate any time soon. Plus, Eminem isn't the type of artist to go for hits regularly, he seems to care more about critical reception more than sales. |

It seems that they may be pushing "Had Enough" as the next single from 'JackBoys' since it got its own single artwork: youtu.be/fdfj1qstqh8I'd put more money on GANG GANG being the big single from 'Jackboys' (called it in Sheck Wes having a second hit!). It has good YouTube with a video, and it's the most streamed on Apple Music from the...album? (is this a compilation or an album? It's the Christmas gift card effect. It happens every year. Lots of people get gift cards as a Christmas gift and because it coincides with the influx of year end nostalgia, sales for the year's top hits increase. Typically the big hits of the moment see sales spikes as well.
Of course with streaming killing digital sales, the spikes aren't as prominent as they used to be. ("TiK ToK" got over 600k post Christmas. "Memories," the likely #1 post Christmas this year, will likely only clear like 35k lol.) But the positional jump will still be noticeable, especially for the older hits.
