I think Don't Start Now will peak between #7 and #15, Blinding Lights will go top 5 but NOT #1, everything i wanted will just keep moving around but never REALLY moving up towards a new peam, My Oh My will hit top three and i expect it will have alot of longevity on the charts, i dont thimk either of Harry Styles' songs will go top 10 or 20, maybe top 30 at best. Falling wont hit top 10 but maybe top 20, won't have much longeviry though

It's honestly stunning that I went from wondering just how overwhelming Justin's #1 debut was gonna be to seriously questioning if he's gonna have to tack 10,000 Hours onto his album like Nicki did with FEFE to make it seem like it has a hit. I hope for his sake that either Yummy stabilizes in a respectable place or his second single is an undeniable smash. I've said this before, some times releasing the album without a lead single is the best move in the streamimg era. A lot of artists get their biggest hit only after the album releases and fans gravitate towards a certain song, even after releasing multiple pre-album singles. Hopefully Bieber gets his Bad Guy or The Box once the album releases.

I would like to report that The Box has surpassed 2.7 million streams on Spotify for January 6!

2.7 million for the Box for yesterday's Spotify update. It's clearly going #1 this week.

Y'all think The Box is gonna hit a 3 million peak by the end of this week? I really wonder what numbers it's doing on AM
Jesus f**k. A non-superstar album track doing this well is just baffling to me. So happy for Roddy

Wouldn’t yummy have some longevity because of these radio gains? Sadly this could possibly have a HITR type run where it falls then stabilizes and then when the album comes out it goes back to the top 10 This is assuming its airplay keeps gaining, but it could just as easily start tumbling there in 2-6 weeks like so many divisive A-list flops before: Filthy, Gimme More, Never Again, Give Me All Ur Lovin, Run the World (IIRC), Can't Be Tamed, Shameless, Green Light, Judas, Perfect Illusion, We Made You, Russian Roulette, Not Myself Tonight, Rise, Steal My Girl, etc.

2.7 million for the Box for yesterday's Spotify update. It's clearly going #1 this week. And remember it's doing all of this without even being released as an official single or having a music video yet. Once that happens it's game over

We're about to see the strongest #1 since OTR. The Box is dominating streaming!

I don't think we are gonna get anymore hits from Hollywood's Bleeding unless they attempt to send Enemies to Pop, Take What You Want is pretty much done at this point. I'm assuming they'll ride Circles for a little longer and then drop something new in a few months. Post is already in the studio recording new material.

Spotify: this is the first time since April that a song had over 2.7M streams and a 2:1 lead on a Monday. Last year, only four songs reached 2.7M on a Monday:
- Old Town Road - break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored - 7 rings - MIDDLE CHILD

It's only the 7th day of the new decade and those predictions about hip-hop peaking/slowing down and pure pop soaring back are already aging well.

I don't know, I doubt The Box will get that strong I can't see it doing anything on Pop which is a core factor when talking about longevity/high peak numbers
I think once Circles is on the downfall they'll attempt one more single from HB without much promo and then move on Hopefully it's the title track uuh that song

I think The Box will get to about 55K. It will be a multi-week #1 but i thimk what will prevent it from being YE #1 is longevity. I dont think The Box will have longevity at all. I think it will start freefaling once it leaves #1

The Box needs to have radio support, music video, and multiple remixes in order to have longevity in the #1 spot. I think The Box will only get 3-6 weeks at #1.

5 weeks at #1, 13 weeks in the top 10, and 34 weeks on the hot 100. Lets see how close I get.

When was the last time that a song climbed its way to 2.7million+ on Spotify, instead of debuting that high and then falling?
Edit: So far it seems like OTR and In My Feelings are the best examples so looks like The Box is in some powerhouse company!

What makes it even crazier is how there are very little challenges or memes that are propelling the song that I'm aware of.

I’ve seen twitter videos/ Tik toks of the song (like wiping mirrors for the beat) but I’m not sure if they stuck

I’ve seen twitter videos/ Tik toks of the song (like wiping mirrors for the beat) but I’m not sure if they stuck Even if so, the Box’s meme has a fraction of the popularity that Old Town Road and ESPECIALLY In My Feelings’ memes had. The Box is pretty becoming much one of the biggest growers on streaming ever on the account of only organic listeners and I guess some playlist placement.

I mean it's the streaming era so... fairly normal. Any follow-up singles he releases from HB has most likely already peaked on streaming back during release week so it's an uphill battle for it to chart well.

I think we'll probably be getting the lead single from Post's next album around the Summer. I think I read somewhere he's back in the studio already.
