He just announced on his live Twitter video that “Made For You” will be his next single. More info to be announced! I really like this one even though I prefer a couple of the other tracks on the album. www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pZ66QgxflE

I really like this one! I am a huge sucker for romance. If I'm not mistaken this blew up on iTunes after it was performed on the Bachelor.
I know that's not the best indicator but an indicator nonetheless! Again, a reach, but I do see this one doing well.

I'm pleased with this single choice! It's one of my favorites from this album and I can't wait to see how this one does.

^^^^^I agree with this 100%; this is an absolutely wonderful song from start to finish, and Jake's relaxed and impeccable vocals are terrific. For me at least, a nice and leisurely rise up the charts (DTTH spent 29 weeks on CT40 before his label pulled the plug on it) for six-plus months would be downright perfect IMHO.

Really good song, just feels like its been out for a long time now, probably because it has. This first came out in the summer of 2018 I think? Doesn't ruin the song but would have preferred "In It" or "Mexico In Our Minds" since they feel newer. Hopefully this can be a big hit for Jake though.

Another great single from this album! Should’ve had 3 #1’s already from this album but sadly “Down To The Honkytonk” was robbed! Songwriters are 3 guys I’m not familiar with. Benjy Davis, Joey Hyde and Neil Medley. Have they had any other hit songwriting credits?

Neil co-wrote Josh Abbot Band's "Wasn't That Drunk"

Joey Hyde co-wrote The Swon Brothers' #13 song from 2014 called "Later On." He was briefly with UMG and released a single.

Officially at country radio today. What a great song. It really sounds like mid-2000's country radio and I love the production. Stellar lyrics and a smooth melody. The Big Loud singles for Jake have been outstanding and they're getting better.

The artwork for the singles and the album this era has been phenomenal (and so is this song). I hope this is another #1 for him, because it sounds like a smash.

Moving to Big Loud was clearly a smart move and I'm glad it has proven to have paid off so well. Compare this era to the last album...this one s**ts all over it. Hoping this one gives this era three #1s!

Hoping this one gives this era three #1s! They’ve done great with Jake, Morgan Wallen, and Hardy. Some really great promotion and rollouts of new music. Still confused as to how badly FGLs last era went with them(aside from MTB and Simple). I’ve enjoyed this song since it originally came out on that EP. Hope this gets the proper push that it deserves.

2nd most added song with 29 adds. Not bad for an album's fourth single.

This loses its bullet involves back to #54. In this era, it’s not exactly a death sentence, but it’s not looking good. If it is going to make the top 40 or higher, it’s going to be a slow climb.

Homemade took forever to get going so it is absolutely not shocking to see Made For You struggle right now. But i also believe it will eventually pick up the pace. We're probably looking at another 9 month or so chart run here. I'm not quite as confident this will be a top 10 though as i was with Homemade, for some reason radio just doesn't give Jake Owen the respect he deserves

Wow, I was just browsing Spotify and I saw that "Made For You" already has more streams than "Homemade" (31 million vs 27 million), which is stellar considering that "Homemade" received months and months of radio exposure to get that amount. I hope country radio gives this a chance, even if it takes 50 weeks...

Little concerned about this one already, as it’s already had a week or two without a bullet. I do believe “Homemade” had a similar experience early on in its chart run as well, so I’m not hitting panic button quite yet. Just hope this one doesn’t get lost in the shuffle since it’s a slower song. If this ends up being a hit, I see a minimum of 40+ weeks being needed.

In an era where we have songs that have 60 plus week chart runs to #1, I wouldn’t give up hope yet. Anything is possible.

This is already his second most successful album of his career as far as singles success. It’ll be hard for him to top the Barefoot Blue Jean Night album.

Fantastic music video. This song has really grown on me a lot lately since doing the album rankdown. He laid down a gorgeous vocal on this one. I know it's gonna be a slow climber, but I really hope it can be a big hit in the end.

Pulled into the top 50 on the MB published update today although with a negative bullet:
51 50 JAKE OWEN Made For You 520 537 -17 1.814
This is one of the standouts on Greetings From...Jake so I want this to do well, hopefully it can keep chugging along for a while.

This is totally unrelated to this song but does anyone know if there’s a digital version of the version of American Country Love Song with Ronnie Dunn?

Is this song still charting? Or has it peaked and done now?

I have noticed that this song, along with new singles by Maren Morris, Old Dominion, and Cole Swindell are all riding the Country Charts struggle bus. They all are pretty reliable when it comes to charting and chart movement. What gives?

As far as i know, there's no other version out there and, as has been talked about in other threads, country radio seems pretty wary of even PG swears..
