Starting our top ten reveals is the haunting ballad Walk Like A Man, a song about an abusive alcoholic father and the son not wanting to grow up to become like him. I think this one is pretty powerful, even though it's depressing. đ 3 lose a top five while 3 others lose a bottom two here.

This is a very strong song lyrically! I kinda forgot all about it once the album was over, but relistening to it now, it's pretty good! It doesn't set the world on fire or anything, but the lyrics are worthy of attention (and probably why I ranked it as high as I did).

This one making the album tracks rankdown is bittersweet, as for a few reveals it was actually in last place! I've always really enjoyed this one, and three others put this in their top five. We lose 3 of our last 4 last place rankings here, and even that still wasn't enough to put this in the top 3 most polarizing songs! SO MANY of these songs deviations were in the 4's, with only one song's deviation only in the 2's.

And Cody Wants Out... thought Walk Like A Man's departure hurt, he just lost his #2. đ This one got a lot of support near the end, really separating itself from the other past few reveals that were all one point from each another. The hint was for Bette Davis Eyes one-hit wonder legend Kim Carnes, who provides backing vocals on this as well as on Drugs or Jesus . If anyone did know it, atleast they wouldn't of known which one it was for sure between the two. đ We will also have her back for the Dancehall Doctors album when we get to it.

I think the verses of "Old Town New" start out pretty promising, but I lost interest long before the song ended. It'll be interesting to see if it grows on me now that it made the album tracks rd, since I'll be listening to it more now! (Yes, I have ongoing album track playlists... Lol)

Yeah, y'all's definitely not invited to my next party. I have half a mind to toss a Molotov cocktail y'all's way at this point. Shame.

7. Do You Want Fries With That
Total: 157 Average: 7.67 Std Dev: 3.2 (2nd Lowest! ) And we lose our first single of the rankdown! I think we all expected it to be this first out, but what surprises me is it's the second least polarizing! Goes to show how divided everyone was with almost all the album tracks here. This song is so fun (if you have a good sense of humor) and definitely doesn't take itself seriously at all. I really wish I had put it as my #6 or #7 looking back. My only personal complaint is this getting chosen as a single over Blank Sheet of Paper (and even How Bad Do You Want It).

Yeah, I have always loved "Do You Want Fries With That". It is such a unique and clever song, delightfully hickish in all the right ways without being your stereotypical redneck song, and the sassy energy is on point. And Tim is the perfect vocalist to deliver a song like this. I can see why it's divisive, but it has always been rather over-hated imo. I'd rather listen to this stupid song than 95% of the drivel put out by our modern A-listers

I love âDo You Want Fries With Thatâ, I wish it had landed a little bit higher.
Oooh I know what the hint means, the next song eliminated is by Tim McGraw!

This got kicked out of the top five with our final list, now leaving Blank Sheet of Paper the sole album track left! The only way I can describe this song is... so cute. It always makes me smile and is another that doesn't take itself too seriously. All but four participants had this in their top ten with seven of them having it in their top five. The hint was Taylor Swift's self-titled album that featured her first single Tim McGraw. Her early albums had a clever thing in the lyrics where certain letters were capitalized to spell out a phrase. When you wrote down the capital letters for Tim McGraw's lyrics, it spelt out Can't Tell Me Nothin. Taylor has also went on to say this is her favorite Tim McGraw song.

Color me stunned that Drugs or Jesus made the Top 5. I love it, but I know plenty of people from small towns.

I'm gonna go out of left field here and predict a "Back When" victory. The title track is waaaaaaaay more disliked on Pulse than it is in the average population.....

17 participants in the rankdown and nobody has lost their #1 yet!
My prediction on how many ranked each song at #1:
âLive Like You Were Dyingâ - 8 âBlank Sheet of Paperâ - 2 âMy Old Friendâ - 3 âBack Whenâ - 3 âDrugs or Jesusâ - 1

To everyone predicting Drugs or Jesus would be polarizing, it comes in with the second highest SD as it exits in 5th place! Another where all but four put it in their top ten and six placed it in their top five. It peaked at #14, becoming his lowest charting single since his first album's Two Steppin' Mind (probably why they went exact opposite of this with the silly Do You Want Fries With That as the follow up). As HeyHeyHey just pointed out, no one has lost their #1, but that will change with the next reveal!

bboat11 , you were saying? đ„Ž I was shocked at some of the low rankings Back When received through the process as it was a song I thought everyone enjoyed. The most polarizing song of the rankdown and by far the highest SD of any song of a rankdown I've hosted! This has always been my favorite single released from this album, and it's never gotten old. I can put it on repeat and have a great time for hours. I would've loved for it to make one of the 'Best' rankdowns. .indulgecountry is first to lose his #1 while fearlessarrow is last to lose his last place ranking. 16 #1's left! Who's next? đ

The line, âcrack's what you were doing, when you were cracking jokesâ, makes me crack up for some reason. This song is really funny in my opinion and Iâm not really even sure if itâs meant to be funny.

3. My Old Friend
Total: 97 Average: 6.67 Std Dev: 4.06
16 #1's left! Who's next? đ No one! No #1's but look at all those #2's! I think a lot of us have lost a friend at some point in our lives and can relate to this song, it definitely makes me think of one inparticular every time I listen to it. SIX people had this as their #2 while only three had it outside of their top ten. Okay guys, this is it! 16 #1's left! Live Like You Were Dying vs Blank Sheet of Paper!

I'm wondering if Blank Sheet has a chance at 1? My Old Friend should go out at #3.

Oh thank God "My Old Friend" didn't make the top 2. Out of all the singles on the album, THAT'S the one that deserves to be criticized. Quite possibly the most boring hit of his entire career.

Oh hell yeah! He should have stopped with My Best Friend. He didn't need an old friend too. This one is a snoozer, IMO

Hoping for "Blank Sheet of Paper" to be #1! Such a great song that deserved to be a single and would've been another smash if released after "Back When"
