1. Stuck With U - 108k sales, 28.1m streams, 26.3m AI 2. Say So - 29k sales, 26.2m streams, 100.7m AI 3. GOOBA - 24k sales, 55.3m streams, 172k AI When the #3 song outstreamed the #2 & #1 song combined....
Sure, 6ix9ine missing #1 is funny/a kii but the song not even being top 2 does say more about Billboard's formula at the moment. I don't even think there was remotely a situation in the digital era where a song could outsell the #1+#2 combined and not top 2.Β
That's literally like a song selling 500k and debuting #3 behind two songs that sold 225k. Why ππΏ are ππΏ sales ππΏ ranked ππΏ so ππΏ high ππΏ in ππΏ the ππΏ formula? I knew theyβd alter the dominance of streaming sooner or later to make way for a... βFair and representative chartβ. They may aswell bring back a new and updated version of the βPop 100β too. |

6ix9ine has no freaking chill. Calm TF DOWN and celebrate everything that your scary ass did achieve. Good move by Ariana and Justin (and that thing that manages them) to donate proceeds of the song SALES to Pandemic Relief. Sorry but I cannot be mad about that. Push your merch, make those sales and help some people.

I think we should also remember that the vast majority of GAARBAGE streams come from YouTube. The song itself did worse than "Say So" and "Stuck With U" on Spotify & barely better than them on Apple. Those paid audio streams are weighed more than kids and pre-teens watching it on YouTube

Chartdata forgot about Mariah being the first artist to debut at #1 3 times. Did Mariah debut Number 1 in 3 Consecutive Years though?Β Β I was wrong but whatever carry on . |

No matter what will all this discussion about Nicki Minajβs chart history and her credit for βSay So.β People will look at the list of #1s in 2020 and Nicki Minajβs name will be on that list, so as a fan of her Iβm glad she accomplished that.

Those paid audio streams are weighed more than kids and pre-teens watching it on YouTube It's funny how you're using 300k (SWU) and 100k (SS) streaming gap on Spotify (25-35% streams are coming from the free/ad-supported tier) and saying that Gooba barely beat both songs on AM when it was either #1 or #2 the entire week and SWU never got close to the top 3. |

EVERY music video comment section looks like that, a bunch of people quoting a line from the song with some generic "who can relate" "this is me" added in also they did this with Life is Good, SAD!, Thats What I Like, pretty much every NBA YoungBoy song, a lot of r&b and hip hop loses a lot of YouTube |
