Wouldnβt it filed under funny coincidence if βRockstarβ, a song with the chorus βfuck a cop carβ went #1 following a week of nothing in the media but protests against police brutality.

Iβm kinda surprised that savage is already peaking on radio It simply hit the ceiling on Urban and Rhythmic. It has a long way to go on Pop (#16 right now), but how far it's going to make it remains to be seen.

I was actually thinking what sort of video they would shoot for a song with that line and given all the protests that've happened

I donβt know how to wrap my head around the fact that Goodbyes by Post Malone was in the top 10 at the same time as Suge while Circles has been in the top 10 at the same time as Rockstar.
Circles was the single Post Malone released directly after Goodbyes. Rockstar is from the second album DaBaby has released since the one with Suge.
The entire Kirk era existed within Circles run in the top 10

shame Formation didn't get a nod. No disrespect to Formation, but Freedom is the more anthemic, powerful and uplifting song

Loving that re-entry from A Lot, not sure how this is related to the current protests, but the song is definitely 21 savage's best imo and the coldest J Cole feature ever

Run The Jewels 4 has been released, itβs already number 1 on ITunes even though it was advertised as a free download on the website. With Killer Mike seemingly being the celebrity head of the movement along with J Cole, I winder if a few songs could enter next week.
