If "TROLLZ" can have its streaming be similar to "Yummy" in terms of airplay, then that could possibly be its primary factor How? It’s doing way worse on streaming than GOOBA (#59 on Spotify, #30 on AM). 1st week sales has ended and now its sales are dropping hard (#32 on iTunes with a discount). Radio will never touch TROLLZ. It’ll be one of the worst (if not the worst) performing #1s of all time. It's also getting close to being below Gooba on YouTube, according to kworb's US data for the weekend. It would expect at least a two-thirds weekly views drop. |

I know, back then he used to take more time to do calculations (He saved them on an excel sheet) but now he probably refers to your post for gains and losses. That way it is less time-consuming and much easier. |

Yeah, that Social 50 chart is a joke. It's based on global Twitter mentions/Facebook mentions/Wikipedia views so that would explain why so many international artists make it, but even then, I really doubt some of those lesser known K-Pop groups like 'The Boyz' are somehow being more discussed than names like 69/Nicki/etc who caused so much discussion the past week on social media.
I also don't get why on Earth a chart that measures global activity counts towards the Top Artists Year-End. The only explanation would be they are somehow able to filter out tweets/likes/views to US only, but that would seem hard to do. NextBigSound tracks and provides the data, but to my knowledge, these social media platforms aren't going to provide it filtered to a country to them.
