Blame r/hiphopheads, Anthony Fantano, Spectrum Pulse, and Shawn Cee for telling young white zoomers that Lil Baby is trash and is just a Young Thug clone. This is why the Spotify numbers are low. So many dumb statements from you today. Literally next to nobody cares about the people you mentioned. Maybe this is my white zoomer-ness showing, but r/hhh and fantano seem like they have pretty big reaches.

They have such a big reach that they influence people to listen to Lil Baby on Apple Music instead of Spotify? Make that make sense.

I can't see TBP in top five, it will lose about 35-40% of the streaming points this week and is not increasing on any metric. I mean a track that's not even top 20 on Hot 100 just replaced it at #1 on AM. ~23 % loss on spotify, still a very strong apple music song, and it had a 3 million audience increased today alone. Keep in mind that the entire top 10 is dropping in points besides "Roses".

Dropping a new single and she hasn’t even dropped the music video for savage. I can’t say I’m surprised. Megan’s team has dropped the ball numerous times. They got it to #1 via a remix with Beyoncé, so I don’t really think they dropped anything They did. The longevity of a #1 hit.

Looks like we’re finally getting some new stuff in the bottom of the top ten. Roses is finally here, Blueberry Faygo, What’s poppin, and Watermelon Sugar should all be coming very soon, and We Paid might also be possible down the line.

They did. The longevity of a #1 hit. y’all have gotta realize that not everybody cares about that plus, they're donating the proceeds from the remix, giving the label literally ZERO incentive to invest in a music video or other tricks to keep it at #1. (they would rather make a music video for the solo version, which they kind of tried.) I don't think the new Meg song will hurt "Savage Remix" since it's gaining on radio and stable in other metrics. Meg by herself doesn't have that pull yet—it's not just the stans streaming "Savage." They're not going to all flock over to the new song, at least not in the first weeks.

Is there a chance TROLLZ to break Taylor Hick's record, for a no. 1 with the shortest weeks on Hot 100? Do I Make You Proud only spent 8 weeks.

I’m not saying that Megan’s new song will impact savage, but I’m saying that her priorities aren’t in order. At all.

I think it's Lil Baby's label that don't have their priorities right for not having his most streamed tracks present on radio but whatever lol ..

At all. gurl it's literally going back up to #2 this week... and why would they try to put together a basic ass video while we have shelter-in-place orders in California? if they want to go the animation route, they already have one out for the solo version, which brings in money to the label instead of donations. I'm doubtful Beyoncé would push for or even lift her finger for a video when she hasn't even acknowledged the song's existence besides the flowers she sent Megan congratulating her for her #1. it's unfair to suggest her priorities aren't in order. there are so many factors involved in this but you're too one-dimensional to see that.

When 1D broke up everyone thought Harry's solo career would be the biggest, then Zayn came and SOTT kinda underperformed in comparison Now look at him potentially being #12 and #14 next week, where is Zayn tho

It’s like placing high on Billboard’s hot 100 year end chart is the only reason people get into music based on how people talk. Literally the only measure of success. Aside from Pulse, nobody gives a f**k about the YE Hot 100. Lol this is so true. For us its 20 weeks till YE charts, for everyone else its Summer.

I may find "TROLLZ" a bit catchy, but 6ix9ine can definitely keep the record of biggest drop from #1. The Weekend really doesn't deserve that type of record.
