BTW, did he just played "Hey Ya!" by Outkast in the 50th anniversary show - CHR Version? Why?
And what is the # 1 song of Hot AC Edition when Ryan is hosting AT40 for the first time way back in the year 2004?

AT40 Segments in 2010s era: 2. Tell Me Something Good I don't really know... it was a segement on Ryan's weekday show "On Air" We at Pulse complained bitterly about TMSG. Maybe they heard us. It really didn't fit in and I'm glad it's gone.

"Subway Fresh Buzz" was probably due to sponsorship issues, though I always found that direct product placement a bit grating. AT40 has always had various sponsors and others buying national ad time, but you never heard Casey say anything like "Now we're up to our Long Distance Dedication, brought to you by Dr. Pepper". (Some shows he did mention sponsors in the closing credits; such mentions are deleted from the current replays.)
"Tell Me Something Good" wasn't bad; I wasn't wild about it but it wasn't long or obtrusive, and I actually preferred a short segment of people saying something positive to the longer and sometimes depressing letters read in the Long Distance/Request and Dedication days. "Two For One" was reportedly dropped because Ryan hated it; I don't know what was so bad about it. "AT40 Sleeze" was an unneeded gossip segment that was an obvious knockoff of a Rick Dees feature that I didn't care for even on his show, where it seemed to fit better.

And what is the # 1 song of Hot AC Edition when Ryan is hosting AT40 for the first time way back in the year 2004? "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon 5.

No that is impossible since ‘She Will Be Loved’ by Maroon 5 came out later in 2004. The number one song that week was ‘Here Without You’ by 3 Doors Down.

I wanna say 1995 maybe? Casey would say, “and now we’re up to the number one song, brought to you by Johnson’s Clean and Clear.”

Did not know it the AC show started by Ryan was in December of 2004

I was a little surprised to hear that Fleetwood Mac had had four #1 songs but I checked and that was correct:
Dreams Don’t Stop Sara Gypsy
