In these week's Top 40 radio callouts, Adore You and Watermelon Sugar continue to lead. On the bottom, Savage is followed by Rain on Me.
kworb's Billboard Radio Songs Estimates | 2020/07/24
4(=) Dua Lipa - Break My Heart 109.48(+1.65)
I know this may be a long-shot question, but I'm new here so screw it... do you guys think there is any chance that BMH could be the next radio #1?

The gap between BL is pretty big and Blinding Lights is very stable as of now. I wouldn't count it out but it's an outside chance because there maybe a bigger release before BMH catches up to BL also watermelon sugar has a better shot since it's already pretty good in streaming for a pop song

Does anyone see the record for longest stay on the hot 100 to EVER be broken? 87 weeks.. like that’s incredibly hard with the rules in place right now.. even IF a song somehow had the slowest climb ever to the top 10/#1 .. they’d have to be above #25 for an extra 35 weeks..

I checked “All I Want For Christmas Is You” and it’s currently at 37 weeks, and got an additional 7 weeks last holiday season. if it adds exactly 7 weeks every year it would break the record in 8 years! of course we would have to factor in the 52/25 rule that would hit it (would it?) as well as competition etc. but it’s safe to that this or another song like it could break the record.

Very unlikely especially with album bombs becoming a frequent thing that could be a challenge for an old song not to drop below #25

That rolling effect kicked in for POPSTAR. It should rebound tommorow.

Rockstar the next #1 on radio? Don't think it's going to be Break My Heart. Doesn't have enough streaming to give it the last push. Popularity in other platforms and radio success go somewhat hand in hand

cardigan will probably debut in the top 10 with one or two songs in the top 40. no disrespect, but this is UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE YEAR. Watch all her songs dominating Top 40 on AM/Spotify/Itunes. No matter the quality, genre or any other parameters, her stans gonna eat this for first week atleast. You were right.

J Cole and possibly Kanye will make it harder imo taylor is a bigger streaming force than both of them (possibly combined) You were right as well. Good thing I placed no bets. Taylor is the bigger streaming force, if she holds for the entire week.

^It all depends on how the comparison is made. We can compare first day totals/7 day totals/first month totals for each artist on their recent releases. We can wait for Kanye, but so far Taylor appears to be leading.

Does HDD typically include Pandora streams in their streaming songs chart?

Dunno but they should of course. Interesting that the Spotify/others rate was better for Greece than for Popstar even though Popstar did better on AM. And +7% for Rain on Me is obviously worth noting

I don't think that chart includes Pandora's audio non-programmed streams.
Popstar is behind Rockstar, yet it outstreamed it on Apple Music for the week, and had less than a million gap on Spotify. Popstar had 3 million more audio streams on Pandora that would've easily cancelled that Spotify difference.

If the box is gone by next week then blinding lights has the best shot at being YE #1 Or Circles, which will likely break the 52 week rule at the pace of its current decline, which would make it the first ever Year-End #1 that was also on the previous year's list.

Either way it will be a very close race between the top 3! Exciting

As much I want Posty to have Ye no. 1, it's not quite possible with circles, as it already lost 10 weeks in 2019, so even if it does 54 weeks, Blinding lights will atleast have 8 extra over 2 and those 110-160 points for 8 weeks gonna do a lot of damage.
