Im not mad at Drake for his oversaturation. I’m mad because he doesn’t want to make quality albums like TML and Take Care. His last decent record was IYRTITL. After that, his output became disappointing.

Does anyone know what the highest debuting song from someone who was a contestant on The Voice is? If Morgan enters as high as it looks like he will, he should be able to achieve the feat of being the highest.

Strong first day on Spotify for Drake. But with that being said, I expect it to drop significantly in the next few days. The video is also slagging in viewers compared to “God’s Plan” and “Toosie Slide.”

He couldn’t even beat WAP on Day 1, and usually there’s never an increase in streams in Day 2 from artists like Drake, unless it’s something that went viral (like WAP), so it’s not looking likely. I guess he could try to take it on with a digital sales/bundle gimmick, but I don’t think Drake is that hard pressed about getting a #1.

If you're looking for purely post-show releases, then Morgan already has it with "Chasin Home" at #16. If you include their pre-show positions and on-the-show positions, it's Matt McAndrew's "Wasted Love" at #14.

He'll definitely best both with this.
