For the past couple weeks, WAP gains a large chunk on a Saturday while most songs fall, then WAP falls slowly throughout the week while everyone rises lol I canāt figure out why

Omg it finally hit Lemonade is the new Unforgettable Why? A song with verses by uncharismatic and uninteresting rappers saved and only memorable by a hook from a melodic rapper (if you consider Don Toliver a rapper). And it's also gaining international traction.

Lemonade has been actually bigger internationally as it's been in the US prior to the remix.

Lemonade has been actually bigger internationally as it's been in the US prior to the remix. I think the reason why "Lemonade" isn't charting as high in the US as it is internationally is because of the fact that the Hot 100 counts radio and a lot of international charts plus the Billboard Global 200 don't, and "Lemonade" hasn't had enough radio to chart all that high. However, if you look at the radio-less Rolling Stone Top 100, it's currently in the top 5.

Early early early projection. POSITION | CHG | SONG | TOTAL PTS | 1 | | Savage Love | 36,353 | 2 | | Dynamite | 27,933 | 3 | | WAP | 25,350 | 4 | | Mood | 24,200 | 5 | | Blinding Lights | 23,350 | 6 | | Laugh Now Cry Later | 22,833 | 7 | NEW | Mr. Right Now | 21,800 | 8 | | Rockstar | 21,653 | 9 | NEW | Runnin | 20,050 | 10 | | I Hope | 19,233 |
- All "Savage Love" needs is about 35k sales to go #1. It'll obviously be done. - Seems like "Mood" is out the race for #1 at this point (bar something unforeseen happening). It has already peaked in streams, and struggling to reach 250 points leaves ease for BTS stans to continue getting #1 and will make it pretty easy for a new single by an A-lister to debut #1 and have a run there. - 21 Savage could have two top 10 debuts. "Mr. Right Now" w/ Drake seems to have the lead in streams of all the songs so far. - Currently have "Franchise" at 12,733 (127 points). That'll be a fall outside the top 25. If there is no new big debut or surge for a song in the week following, can we expect a number one peak of around 26,000 points or so? P.s I know it's bit early to tell but I'm very curious

P.s I know it's bit early to tell but I'm very curious Like I said at this point, BTS will keep the #1 in further weeks with Savage Love/Dynamite with such way low points. Savage Love for example, wouldn't even require 30k sales to continue holding #1 in following weeks after it first reaches #1. With WAP falling quickly and Mood already pre-maturely peaking, even 30k sales would put it near 275 points which is a decent lead. Basically, it's BTS playground until a song surges in popularity or a new huge single is released. I feel like a major single will probably be released in 1-2 weeks though... seems time for a new hit.

Dreams hitting #1 (or even top 10) would be the icing on the cake for 2020.

I don't totally get why that particular video captivated the Tiktok audience but still kinda fun that something so random could boost such classic to chart again lol

I think only 2-3 songs will debut above Circles so it should be safe. That should be the two 21 Savage huge debuts and then "Lovesick Girls" then thank heavens I still hope for "Circles" to last like 60+ weeks at Hot 100.

I've actually never listened to Rumors but I might finally listen to it this week. Add this to classic albums I've listened to for the first time this year, along with Homogenic and Blue (Joni Mitchell).
Btw, can we please make River a Christmas staple starting this year? Especially with how different Christmas is bound to be, I think an unconventional, sad Christmas song fits the vibe of 2020.

the fact that Savage Love and Savage Mode II are the two biggest stories this week and are both challenging for #1 on different charts is confusing the s**t out of me What is up with the music industry's fascination with the word 'Savage' also... I'm surprised the internet hasn't collectively decided to cancel that word considering its negative definition throughout history. When it was blowing up a few years ago we canceled it but I guess we all forgot

Lovely Day being near the Top 10 on iTunes in October, even though Bill Withers passed away in March. That's just legendary!

Queen are by far the biggest band right now. Fleetwood Mac come second though. I don't know if I'd go as far as saying Fleetwood Mac is the second biggest band after Queen. If we're looking at boomer bands, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and The Beach Boys are just as if not more beloved by millennials and zoomers

The two 21 Savage songs barely over 1M on Spotify. Can't see top ten debuts on H100 for them.
