New Tones & I song and that Shawn song should be coming out pretty soon. This is giving severe 2019 flashbacks, just need some Lizzo

Both lil nas and billie delivered as obviously expected. Wouldnβt be surprised if these 2 make the 2021 year end

City girls pu$$y talk remix π₯π₯π₯ Sequel to Tap In remix, why do they both have Jack Harlow like Iβm genuinely curious who thought that was a good idea.

I think Billie Eilish will debut at number one. Iβm not sure how the new Lil Nas X single will do.

LNX single will debut outside top 30 and have a rather short chart run and not make the 2021 year end.

I think Billie Eilish will debut at number one. Iβm not sure how the new Lil Nas X single will do. Billie most likely wouldn't debut at #1 considering her song was released several hours before the tracking week for this week began, but it'll likely jump to #1.

^Regardless. He'll be able to be easily featured. For his songs as lead artist, he has pretty much been a non-starter without collaborations anyway except for charting due to album bombs.

I don't think "Holiday" has reached a million views on YouTube yet... Something which is unfortunate because I like Lil Nas X and the song itself, is a catchy tune.

Honestly I don't see Lil Nas X ever getting another #1,but I wouldn't mind being wrong.

Honestly I don't see Lil Nas X ever getting another #1,but I wouldn't mind being wrong. Same. I see him getting diminishing returns with each album/single, maybe developing a cult following that eventually leads him to performing at Pride-themed events each year. I think after this era, he should look at jumping on tracks by other artists to help expand his brand a bit.

Lmao, let's wait for the first day Spotify or AM streams before we say Lil Nas is flopping.
If Lil Nas gets a solid hit from Holiday, I look forward to quoting all these bad predictions lmao

I see Holiday having a run similar to For The Night with a top 10 debut, dropiing off, but then having longevity in the top 20 without really entering the top 10 again

It would be funny if Blanco Brown outlasted Lil Nas X.

I mean it mostly in his general public interest (he doesn't have a ton), and I worry that people just aren't really interested in him atm :( *disclaimer, I do like the song and I hope I am wrong!

I mean I feel like there are people still interested. Nas has always been about the gimmicks and getting people's attention, he's social media game is still on point. I feel he's a good version of what 6ix9ine or Jake Paul try to do: the latter try to get people's attention with shock but once people get accustomed to it, their attention fades. Nas has never been about shocking or scaring people, he's just been weird and funny. I wouldn't be surprised if later down the line, he transitions into becoming a streamer or a YouTuber because I feel he has enough personality and humor to do so.

I don't think "Holiday" has reached a million views on YouTube yet... Something which is unfortunate because I like Lil Nas X and the song itself, is a catchy tune. Nas' strength on Youtube wasn't the huge debuts, but the stability that his songs enjoyed, something like Chris Brown, in a way. That is how that works for rappers in general - be it for him, Travis Scott or Kendrick. The notable exceptions are Eminem and 6ix9ine, but I believe that that comes from their audience - one attracts many white and european listeners, while the other was big in the latin world. Also, do keep in mind that OTR's video, and that was released during that song's peak, gathered under 5 milion views in its first 24 hours, while Panini got about 3 milion, if I remember correctly. Also, it seems that the songs' streams were frozen for a second, staying at about 740k for me for a while, but now I'm refreshing the video and each time I do that about 20k new views pop up, with it being at over 920k atm. it should be on track to reach something between 2-3 mil in day one, which obviously isn't astounding, but should be okay.

Guys, its just been 12 hours since the song dropped. So have patience till we see some stats on spotify or AM. And i still believe this one can easily debut in top 20. Given the song is about Holiday won't have much longevity beyond Jan. Most importantly, people are still Screaming about CMBYN.
I totally understand he wanted to squeeze as much as from this album, given that his next Single is confirmed Number 1. 100k likes on this tweet. Song snippet got 300K likes and 12M views on twitter.

Also another reason why I think that there's no reason to worry about Holiday's longevity is that I think that ti'll be likely used in PS5 christmas commercials/ The song is such an earworm that those commercials alone should give it traction
