From Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum. They just released a lyric video yesterday.

This is the only other obvious single besides "Bruised and Bloodied" IMO. It's getting some traction on Spotify so it wouldn't shock me to see this get sent ahead of the other song.
It's quite memorable, but I don't find this as likely to be a smash, it's not as hooky. It's just as melodic as "Dangerous", though, despite arguably being even darker in terms of themes.

New mix, driven by acoustics and strings. This probably confirms this will be the next radio single; I personally suspect this is the version they're sending to Alt while the album version goes to Active.

Goes for active adds on July 27. The radio edit is based on the original version.

The band/label have been on point with their single selections from the new album. This was the most likely option for a follow up to "Bruised and Bloodied". (After two rockers, it's time for the ballad.) The new mix is good, but I much prefer the album version. Glad that's the radio edit they went with.

I’m a huge Seether fan and love the first two singles. “Wasteland” is OK but not high up there for me compared to other slower Seether ballads.
For a short while many months ago, Sirius XM Octane was playing “Beg.” That song is so aggressive and rocks hard. I was hoping we’d get that as a third single. With that said, “Wasteland” is more radio friendly and would do better on Active, maybe.

Exactly...that's my point in choosing the right singles. Frankly, " Beg" is my favorite track on the album, but I just don't see it doing as well as the singles they've gone with. It was a perfect advance/promotional single though...especially for Octane. The band has actually been opening with it on the current tour.

They opened with “Gasoline” and never played “Beg” at all. As a matter of fact they only played the radio singles from the new album.

I was hoping for this song or "Drift Away" as the next single. Good choice as it's one of the most radio-friendly left on the album.
