This is a tournament idea I started working when I was doing the Top Hot 100 Songwriters of All Time list. Each round features a set of songs from various songwriters, and the rankdown results contribute towards a tournament wide ranking of the songwriters.
You can participate even if you didn't take part in previous rounds, all you need to do is rank these twenty songs.
ROUND 16 - Due February 2, 11:59pm EST.
Rank these songs 1 to 20 from best to worst and PM me the list.

{How songwriters advance to future rounds}
#1-5: The songwriters for the top 5 songs from each round get to advance a new song to the next round. Round 15's top 5 were Bizarre Love Triangle, Money Trees, SpottieOttieDopaliscious, Ray of Light and You Know I'm No Good so their songwriters get to place songs in round 16.
#6-10: Songwriters that rank #6-10 will eventually get a second chance but not until at least a few rounds later. That's why there are songs by songwriters that almost made the top five in earlier rounds (Tori Amos, Arcade Fire, Christine McVie, Debbie Harry and Norman Whitfield). More specifically, songwriters that finish 6th re-enter 3 rounds later, songwriters that finish 7th re-enter 4 rounds later, songwriters that finish 8th re-enter 5 rounds later, songwriters that finish 9th re-enter 6 rounds later and songwriters that finish 10th re-enter 7 rounds later.
#11-20: Songwriters that finish in the bottom ten can also eventually get a second chance 8 rounds later, but only if they get enough nominations, as happened with Billy Joel in this round. You can only nominate one eligible songwriter per round. You can nominate the same songwriter for multiple consecutive rounds if they did not win the most nominations up until that point.
Sometimes it can be difficult to adhere to these rules due to songs having multiple writers that don't always work together and often work with others and it gets messy, especially with big names like Max Martin and Timbaland who worked with a huge variety of other songwriters, but I'll try to get things to sync up as close as possible.
