Billboard has adjusted the all-time formula for the recent era, as a result of streaming keeping tracks around for lengthier periods of time. Radio has always been a key favor on the chart; audience numbers are lower now than they once were, so if that is what's keeping some tracks in the top 10 right now, one has to look at streaming and see that some hits with the highest streaming numbers may not be as high in airplay.
Also, the chart has been lacking multiple big hits in recent times, ones that perform exceptionally well across all metrics.
