Multiple top 10 debut's for J cole incoming. Best bet is 3 but we'll have to see how the week goes. Olivia will prolly end up top 20 and hopefully top 10 next week with the album. Seeing green by nicki MIGHT debut top 10 but right now it's fairly possible it'll just miss out b/c of the strength of J cole. Let's see how the rest of the week goes!

Personally, I'm most interested in what songs will be blasted off the Hot 100 with so many songs expected to break into the top 50 from Cole, Nicki, and Olivia. We'll definitely be losing Good Days and Just The Way as they reach their 20-week expiration dates below the top 50, but 34+35, You Broke Me First, Positions, Therefore I Am, Dakiti, You're Mines Still, and What's Your Country Song will likely be dangerously close to the threshold as well.
It helps that well over half the top 50 for this coming week (5/22) will be losing points, which makes this new week a prime opportunity for the charts to get blown wide open.

J. Cole is my favorite rapper but thankfully I donβt act like this π Heβs great but I think lyrically Kendrick, Jay-Z, and Nas are better, and with hitmaking, he doesnβt really do that, so Drake and Lil Baby are better at that, so I donβt know why some super serious fans think heβs God lol

that's really solid showing for Olivia Rodrigo, and I'm guessing after her SNL performance tomorrow she'll get a healthy boost.
"Itty Bitty Piggy" was a whole cultural reset I'm so glad it's finally on streaming. "Seeing Green" and "Fractions" are stupendous.

Amazing opening for Olivia on AM considering the two "AM heavy" albums out this week.

This new Migos single would be #2 on AM rn if not for the Cole album and Nick x Drake x Wayne track

Cole smashed on Spotify US. 38,698,215 streams +7.4% vs KOD (12 tracks aswell)
3 songs over 4M (for some reason they didn't combine 95.south clean and explicit version) 8 total over 3M and every track over 2M

Combining the explicit and clean versions of 9 5 . s o u t h, Cole has three songs with over 4M streams. I expect all three songs to debut in the Top 10

Wow for J.Cole's number. I hope it will be enough to knock Blinding Lights off the chart.

IIRC, last time J. Cole released an album with KOD in 2018, all the tracks took pretty big hits on the second day. I expect something similar with The Off-Season. Cole will still have several top 10 debuts, but Iβm not sure about a #1.

The WITHOUT YOU remix just crashed on Spotify while the Save Your Tears remains above the original. Ari will stay credited but Miley will not.

Wow for J.Cole's number. I hope it will be enough to knock Blinding Lights off the chart. Spoiler alert: It won't. Blinding Lights is still charting high enough that it should chart higher than at least half of the J Cole songs. I expect BL to be in the 15-19 range on the 5/29 chart. With Abel performing on the BBMAs on 5/23 (and yes, he will almost certainly perform BL), it should also survive the Butter/Olivia release week, and may even give it a third wind.

^^^^ Even though it is early to call (we need to see the 2nd day drop). KOD had a song with 40M+ audio streams. This album had a bigger first day.
Those streams are more than enough for a #1 (not counting the scenario where Nicki's song has insane sales).

I would think J. Cole could manage 4 top 10 debuts if the songs hold up decently over the week. And more likely, he can manage to set a new peak for himself of #3 or better.

But reception of TOS is much better than KOD. He's playing professional basketball on Sunday, that could garner much attention too on social media too.

Big numbers for Olivia too Those are not big numbers when you have three songs opening with 4,000,000+ Considering she would've had the number one song today had it not been for J. Cole, those are big numbers. Remember this is just her third song (not counting anything related to High School Musical).

In case you can't read, good 4 u did almost double the streams of her previous biggest debut. It would have been #1 on US Spotify without the J Cole album
