Big numbers for Olivia too Those are not big numbers when you have three songs opening with 4,000,000+ They definitely are and if it remains stable, it'll be in the top 5 of US Spotify in a few days.

Those are not big numbers when you have three songs opening with 4,000,000+ Of course they're big lmao. For almost everyone and especially for her. In case you can't read, good 4 u did almost double the streams of her previous biggest debut. It would have been #1 on US Spotify without the J Cole album Her other single was put out on a Thursday, so that is not really saying anything. Obviously, it was going to open bigger than her debut single. They are not bad, but it is silly to say that they are big when thirteen songs are debuting above it. Just because the songs above it are by one of the biggest artists, that does not change whether they are big or not

When is the last time that two albums opened at the top two spots with 100,000+ units each?

The fact the comeback album from an A-lister blocked her just only shows show big of a debut she had today.

good 4 u is having a much stronger start than drivers license and deja vu. A top 10 debut is in the bag, no?

Anyway I'm not going to argue any further. You think they aren't big numbers, I think they are. End of.

What song will be the most likely hit of J.Cole's off-Season? 95.South has the potential I predicted this before AM & Spotify nos came in So I'll take another swing & say it'll go #1 nw 🤞😅

95 South's 4.5M is the biggest debut in U.S. Spotify history, excluding Drake.
Mona Lisa held that record since September 28, 2018 (4.4M).

About 15 songs would have to debut above Blinding Lights next week for that to happen, and that doesn't even take into account the possibility that Without You, Call Me By Your Name, and Miss the Rage will fall below BL. Even if the worst case scenario were to happen and all 11 non-Interlude J Cole songs debut, I cannot see BL dropping below 23.

2 things: 1. I'd wait until second-day numbers come in before we determine which songs will exit the Hot 100, so that we have a clearer idea of where all these songs are set to debut. 2. Even with all the chaos of this week, I could still see Blinding Lights winding up in the 21-25 range and not recurrent depending on where everything falls. See my previous post on this if you want a better idea of what songs I think are at high risk of exiting.

Who is gonna correct Talk of the Charts and tell them this isn't accurate? Scorpion debuted 17 songs in the Hot 100 top 40 if I'm not mistaken.

13 songs at best could debut above Blinding Lights (12 Cole tracks + good 4 u + Seeing Green). It's predicted to be #12 next week with Miss The Rage and Interlude debuting above it. Miss The Rage will drop below Blinding Lights which means if 13 songs debut above it, Blinding Lights should be #25 on the 05/29 chart. All the songs below Blinding Lights are predicted to lose points next week at a higher rate which means none of those songs should get past it on the 05/29 chart. And it's very possible every J Cole track won't debut above Blinding Lights. So...I think it's safe.

Cole will debut all 12 tracks in the top 40 but Drake had 20/25 tracks off Scorpion in the top 40 the week it was released and 17 of those songs were debuts. I guess the record only refers to albums that have had ALL their tracks debut in the top 40. If that's the case, 5 songs off Scorpion missed the mark.

I think y'all top 40 not top 10 since it's not possible top debut 17 in the to 10 all at once.

Hoping J Cole gets his first #1. Sounds like his streams are strong. How does he usually do with sales and radio?

Made a mistake. I was meant to say top 40, not top 10. My bad.

40,000,000+ streams is more than enough for a number one. Does anyone have a list for the biggest streams in a day for American Spotify?

Sales are OK nothing spectacular A lot of songs in recent years aren't really radio friendly, but I know a lot of songs have cleaned up versions for radio. Does he not do that or is he someone who radio just doesn't seem to want to play much?

They meant first album with 10+ tracks where all tracks are in top 40. Scorpion did not. March 14, Final fantasy, Ratchet HB, After dark, Finesse did not made the top 40. Link.

despite being 6w #1 on call-outs, It's barely holding on radio. In streaming front, it seems OK but ~non-existent playlisting ain't helping, dunno how long it can stay. What will be mebf's expiration date? Will it survive incoming album bombs?
