Yeah. Their tweet says J. Cole will debut all 12 tracks in the top 40 but Drake had 20/25 tracks off Scorpion in the top 40 the week it was released and 17 of those songs were debuts. I guess the record only refers to albums that have had ALL their tracks debut in the top 40. If that's the case, 5 songs off Scorpion missed the mark. They meant first album with 10+ tracks where all tracks are in top 40. Scorpion did not. March 14, Final fantasy, Ratchet HB, After dark, Finesse did not made the top 40. Link. I know. I got that lol.

Haven't they barred songs that cross the 52/25 rule from ever coming back (outside of the Christmas freeze)? I remember last year Someone You Loved had enough points to come back after it went re-current but they didn't allow it.
I feel like with limited exceptions, they're pretty strict with the rule. The only other song I can remember they allowed to re-enter besides Blinding Lights, were Wake Me Up! following Avicii's death and Uptown Funk! after the Superbowl.

Bizarrely, Wake Me Up returned to #34, below the top 25. I guess Billboard allowed it to return either because (a) the song had charted in an era where the 52/25 rule didn't exist yet, or (b) that was the week of J. Cole's album bomb for KOD, and it would have returned to the top 25 if that didn't happen.

Who is gonna correct Talk of the Charts and tell them this isn't accurate? Scorpion debuted 17 songs in the Hot 100 top 40 if I'm not mistaken. The tweet refers to all tracks charting in the top 40, not just some. While Scorpion did have more, it did not have all, and THAT is what it is referring to. I know. I got that.

So I guess I’m the first to say Nicki’s numbers are pretty good? For a re-release of a mixtape the numbers are pretty solid. 1.4 million for “Seeing Green” is a good start. Certainly better streaming than I'm used to in recent years from Nicki. I doubt it'll stick around for too long, though. Also, do we know if the songs that were on the original mixtape (i.e. not Seeing Green or Fractions) won't chart unless they're in the top 50 since they were first released in 2009, or will they count anyway since they're technically 2021 re-releases (possibly excluding the remix of Best I Ever Had)?
