Crazy to think BTS will have half as many #1 hits as Bruno Mars, who took a decade to achieve 8 #1 singles To be fair, though, Savage Love should not count as a #1 for BTS. In my book, BTS has 2 #1's, and Butter would be the 3rd.

It's not just BTS. I felt that way ever since Britney was credited on S&M. Artists should not be able to pad their stats simply by tagging along on another's song.

I would agree with you if the song was going to go #1 regardless, but in this case BTS was the only reason why it even hit #1. If BTS shouldn't be credited for a song that they directly pushed to #1, then I don't think Jason Derulo or Jawsh 685 should be credited either.

Y’all should just stream this ‘stan twitter‘ song instead because the lyrics dive into some of the points of this week’s chart drama.

Crazy to think BTS will have half as many #1 hits as Bruno Mars, who took a decade to achieve 8 #1 singles That's very weirdly put, as there are several gigantic all time superstars that have less #1's than Bruno Mars (Prince, Queen, Barbra Streisand, David Bowie, Lady Gaga, Kanye West, Taylor Swift...) I would even say Bruno has "too many" number ones considering his impact, but it's all opinions.

Does that mean Olivia is ahead? Olivia is ahead in consumption units.. that's why she's no,1 in RS Billboard is not consumption chart and they're giving Radio and Digital Sales too much weight.. so with those fraudulent manipulated sales, Butter will go no.1 methinks.. unless BB does something

Olivia already got her #1 so i don't know why people are mad at BTS fans for trying to make the song debut at #1. It's not like they will try to break OTR record for most weeks at #1. :kii:

It's not like they will try to break OTR record for most weeks at #1. because Good 4 U is realistically the most popular song of the week and a double no.1 (BB200 & H100) or triple no.1 (Artist 100, H100 & BB200) will be a nice accolade for Olivia?

That hate they are getting on twitter, being called dog eaters, ch*nks, chinese bottoms, coronovirus, etc by Olivia stans and all those other losers who are token stanning her for no reason at all is getting worse and worse. And then they hide behind Olivia being poc when she is completely white passing and no GP knows she is like 10% filo. I didn't want to comment on anything posted by you ever again and I'm not gonna bother disproving the whole "good 4 u is only strong in one metric" bs, everyone else has already done that, or the fact that selling outstadiums has nothing to do with the charts (although who's to say that Olivia won't sell out when concerts start). But how f**king dare you. How f**king dare you try and pretend to be against xenophobia and racism against Asians and then deny someone's race. How f**king dare you try and make a point by how chart success in some way fights against anti-Asian sentiments. And how dare you also try and paint Olivia's stans as being collectively racist when ARMY stans (who are bigger and louder) have been attacking her and making racist comments as well. You can deny it all you want, but if you're allowed to generalize Olivia stans as being racist, why can't I do the same with ARMY? As an Asian, this is f**king disrespectful, crude and worst of all, antithetical. You don't make you or ARMY stans look good by doing this s**t. You only make yourselves and the movement worse by dragging it and trying to relate it to chart games. You embarrass everyone involved. You wanna call out Pulse for being racist? How bout you first apologize to the many Asian members on Pulse I hope that $100K y'all spent that could've been donate towards Pro-Asian orgs and charities was worth all this nonsense Yooooo post of the year sheesh. Dremolus deserves a pulse award for that. I’m 20% Japanese but I look 100% white, would that mean I’m not Asian of any merit? For real, what an obnoxious post. Also, love how they never apologized or commented on anything you said and ignored it like it never happened LOL what a joke

It’s the chart equivalent of working on a group project where you and a couple other classmates pulled two all-nighters in a row, researching, writing, editing and then 20 minutes before it’s due, the other classmate who contributed nothing yet jumps in and says, “hey, you can use my printer!” They all get an A+.

Sales are the problem. Billboard could start by removing website sales from the Hot 100 calculation.

Like...how many teenagers of mixed heritage have a fully formed idea of their racial identity by the time they can go to college? Let alone how to "properly" express it publicly.

Lady Marmalade aged really well. One of the few instances where the remake was just as good as the original. Labelle first brought it to #1 in 1975.
