i kinda like the randomness of radioactive being the longest-running hot 100 hit. only peaking at #3, a song by imagine dragons of all people and certainly not a song anyone would guess to hold the record

Seems like ppl aren't fw Maroon5 album, none of da tracks are doin good (2 songs within AppleM 500), 1 within iTunes 100, #3 behind Migos on Itunes album chart π¬. Idt any of da album tracks will be debuting on hot 100 but beautiful mistakes might see a slight surge. (let's see if Spotify nos can change dat)

Itβs not an interesting piece of trivia if itβs obvious, like The Beatles having the most #1s

They really made Drake carry 75% of the song⦠I expect this to actually stick around.

(let's see if Spotify nos can change dat) It's telling that people aren't even responding super-well to Lost, the apparent next single that got a video from the get-go. Maybe I'm wrong here and the song will do just fine once it does get pushed to radio, but it's not a good sign if they wanted to grab people's attention with it now. Oh, and I just realized that Lost is not even above Can't Leave You Alone on AM, which itself is at a paltry #462. For a track with a posthumous Juice WRLD feature on it, it really says something when not even Juice's fanbase can give much of a s**t about it, and for good reason.

I suppose it is rather telling that the album has attracted more notice here than on AM. Oof.

not a soul outside of music/chart watchers and maroon 5 fans know they released that album. i do not expect it to do wonders nor any of the singles until radio becomes a factor

so by that logic, Adele won't debut at #1, since her last #1 was in 2015/16 Well, a lot has changed since her last #1 or even her last release. Adele isn't 28 anymore. While a #1 debut is possible, it's not a forgone conclusion, especially being in her 30s and 5 years removed from her most recent #1/release. If there is one artist that will debut #1 by releasing a song, it'll be adele, and no one else. Hello was locked for #1 in the first day and debuted with FAR over 1k points. Very likely she breaks streaming records as well.

Based on G4U's position, neither Polo G nor Migos are doing as well as BabyDurk did last week on AM.

Based on G4U's position, neither Polo G nor Migos are doing as well as BabyDurk did last week on AM. They really aren't. Polo G is doing better (he has all 20 songs off his album in the top 50 of US Apple Music) but Migos only have 12 songs in the top 50 and their album has 19 songs. It's been 30 hours since both albums were released (Migos' album was available on Apple Music 2 hours late but still). By this time last week, Lil Baby and Lil Durk had occupied most of the top 30 with their album. At this rate, Polo G/Migos will be lucky to pull 125K debuts with their albums.

i kinda like the randomness of radioactive being the longest-running hot 100 hit. only peaking at #3, a song by imagine dragons of all people and certainly not a song anyone would guess to hold the record I agree. It's also interesting how "Radioactive" had such a perfect run for a song with such longevity - spending its first 20 weeks gradually rising to the top 50 (it was at #49 in its 19th week), then spending its next 20 weeks slowly rising to the lower portion of the top 10, reaching its #3 peak on its 43rd week, and having crazy staying power afterwards. A pretty iconic run, especially for a song that didn't even reach #1. "Blinding Lights" already broke many records, so I wouldn't mind if "Radioactive" keeps the one for longest-running Hot 100 hit.

Migos' last album debuted at #1 with 199K SPS. Pulling half of that will mark a huge dropoff and it'd be rather unfortunate because their latest album is a lot better. Polo G, on the other hand, has gotten a lot bigger as an artist since his last album so his lastest album should easily perform better. I have Polo G's album debuting with more units than Migos'.

Spotify numbers are out. Lorde has the biggest debut with 1.6 million streams. Polo G and Migos both have album bombs but pretty modest ones. Doja Cat and Megan both debuted with 903k streams, within 100 streams of each other.

late, but Savage Original version peaked at #14, stalled and started to fall before Beyonce Remix. No, if Pulse wants argue that One Too Many is still gaining, then by this logic, Savage Original was at its peak and still gaining when the Beyonce Remix came out. We will never really know if Savage would have gone to #1 without the remix, but it was sure headed into the Top 10, maybe Top 5. What is unfortunate for Megan is that she never really got enough credit for her #1s (people seem to give too much credit to Beyonce for Savage and Cardi for WAP). Maybe if Megan can get a 3rd #1, people will start giving her more credit.

Polo G's album had 14 million streams on US spotify, Migos had 11.4 million.
I wouldn't be shocked if SOUR gets #1 over both albums on the BB200.

Pretty middling debuts for both of them. Especially for Polo considering he's coming off a #1 debut and has massive hype, both his AM and Spotify performances aren't cutting it. One could argue Migos cannibalized his streams, but I have a hard time believing he was on track to do that well anyways if a rap group that's past their prime could tank his numbers that badly.

I'm just pointing out Pulse logic. Last 5 weeks for One Too Many: 70-69-69-74-71 Savage Original 5-week run before Beyonce Remix: 20-18-14-14-14 You can't say one week that One Too Many is 'gaining', then the next week try to claim that Savage Original was stalling/falling before the remix. Either say both of these runs are stagnant or 'gaining', no picking and choosing.

I wouldnβt say OTM has peaked; itβs just stalled out at the moment while itβs waiting for FAA to freefall from the top. On the other hand, it appears that Almost Maybes has peaked on country radio, and if Jordan Davisβ team decides to push his collab with Luke Bryan thatβs been gaining some attention very soon, it will absolutely fall off and wonβt make it much past week 20 on the Hot 100.
