Old Town Road was #1 for EVERYONE'S Birthdays! This was certainly true for me: I always find the birthday thing difficult because of how Billboard charts work. Since they are post-dated in a sense, especially up until a few years ago, it doesn't feel accurate to me. I'd really like to go by what had the most chart points on my actual birthday, which is likely reflected in a chart dated 1-2 weeks later.

lol, I was looking all over the 40's to find my ex's best friend. The fact that it moved up into the 30's shows how much (I mean little) impact this past week's albums had.

Looks like Almost Maybes will also be going recurrent. Couldn't find it anywhere in those predictions.

Kiss me more going #1 on album week I guess? It's going to be tough. Doja would probably need to discount KMM on iTunes, open the website sales, and maybe even a remix. She is going up against Butter, Good 4 u, and Ed's new single. That being said, G4u (this 6/26 chart week) has the best chance of knocking off Butter from #1 in the near future. If Butter stays #1 this week, then I highly doubt anything (besides a rule change on Billboard's part) will knock off Butter for a while.

I just assumed it was on the charts last week, and had no idea until Cedric posted his predictions (fwiw, he has it as RC this week, although listed in between songs 98 and 99): (Side note: I hope his prediction on BL is correct, and it charts at #16, so it can cross of one of the rare positions it has yet to chart in.)

Regarding BL, what other positions besides #16 in the top 20 hasn't been in? 14, 19, and 20 are the only ones missing. #14 is going to be the toughest, and the best chance to get this is the 7/3 chart with nothing going on. For good measure, BL has weeks at 21, 22, and 23.

"Lost Cause" is doing pretty bad.
I think at this point they misewell just release the album and hope there's a "Bad Guy" that takes off as an album track. They clearly cannot choose a good single themselves.

I really think artists should just release albums right away without releasing any singles so they can observe what song the listeners resonate with the most.

Maybe she and her team should go back WWAFA, WDWG era and see why those singles did much better commercially than this era. I can’t stand Billie’s team sometimes though, I will never forgive for not giving No Time to Die a proper push.

I guess when the whole album is out we'll be able to judge what is and what is not infectious. So far the single choices appear to be rather eccentric, but it is possible that what has been released are the most commercially friendly songs on the album.

It's so weird seeing this about to chart as someone who remembers the "phenomenon" that was Whip My Hair. That song was one of the most hated things on the Internet back in 2010, and unlike Justin Bieber's Baby from earlier that year, it has aged remarkably badly in pretty much every aspect. Thankfully, this new song is better than anything Justin Bieber has charted in the past 2 years.
