Lyrics are so cliche and dumb, but at least the song itself sonically is pretty decent. Maybe it'll grow on me.

Probably their second best radio single since "Shut Up and Dance" ("Timebomb" has a leg up for me). I don't think they'll ever come close to matching the heights of their debut and some of Talking is Hard again, but at least this is enjoyable compared to a lot of their recent efforts.

Can You Handle My Love was so embarrassing and underwhelming, I've been putting off listening to this one. But damn this is actually *really* good. Is it because it's like...99% a 1975 song with a heavier guitar part, maybe, but doing a 1975 impression isn't hard, but doing a good one is impressive, and I do think they nailed it here.

I'm loving this too, but if this year's Alt chart has taught us anything is that will find a way to shut out the catchiest songs from the top 10. "Wake Me Up" , "Chapstick" a few others. I hope thier past success can push this to the top?
