LNX's new single is doing spectacular on Youtube right now. Easy top 5 debut for sure, but this week is so competitive idk if it'll hit #1. Montero also started not being a sure number 1 entry but he pulled it through … maybe a remix or something midweek |

This is somehow performing worse than the twin lead singles from Romance right now. I wonder if her label will demand Havana 3.0. Well this song itself isn’t that too far different from Havana sound wise. I’m sure just like her first and second album there will be about 10 different “buzz”/promotional/test the water singles before one finally sticks. If you include Fifth Harmony she is now 5 albums in and nobody cares about her and she has yet to establish real interest from the public. They just depend on one big hit to drive the entire era each time while everything else flops (Worth It, Work from Home, Havana, Senorita). It’s like Rihanna pre-Umbrella but way worse because this has gone on way longer and drained so much more money. Lol the difference is Rihanna actually was successful singles wise in her eras before GGGB. In all honesty she didn’t even become an albums artist until Loud. Camila’s problem is that she’s always trying to recreate Havana and if you’re on your third album and incapable of changing it up she’s not going to be around much longer. |

Never liked Camila (especially vocally) so I'm perfectly fine if she can't get anymore hits. I still like Havana though

(And given the hype for the album that goes back over a year, a new #1 wouldn't surprise me, although it would be hilarious if he ends up being the artist to knock BTS off the #1 for good) I'll believe it when it actually releases. How many times has he announced a release date for albums only to push them back or even worse, not say anything and not release something on that date? Because I've lost count. |

hahahahahaha imagine still being a Kanye stan I'm not entitled to Kanye or his music but I wanna say it would be better if he stopped rushing himself/promising stuff earlier than necessary. At least this time it was an album he worked on for a year and a half rather than for only 8 months like Jesus Is King, and it's just two weeks, so I can believe it would end up dropping at one point. There's this pattern (happened twice at least) of Kanye promising to drop a big album on a date 1 year after the date he previously announced he'd be dropping a big album on. He's definitely rushing himself with unrealistic deadlines. The album will either drop in the middle of the day on August 6th (fine by me) or it'll be scrapped, then Kanye will unrealistically push himself to drop an album on July 22, 2022 specifically because it was pretty much one year after Donda was meant to drop. He'll do whatever he does. Like last year, I won't believe the album is dropping until it's on Spotify, to be realistic. Besides, I also stan Billie and Khalid. Also I have gotten more into Travis Scott, Post Malone, and Drake over the past couple years, so it's not like I won't have new music to listen too, especially in the next three months. Also Industry Baby and Not Sober are good songs. They both sound like hits! |

hahahahahaha imagine still being a Kanye stan It's hard to mourn him not dropping a bunch of demos that could potentially be amazing but currently are not. I hope he knows what needs to be done to bring those songs to their full potential, because there are a lot of great ideas there, they're just severely unfinished. |

Y'all need to stop saying a song has a shot at #1 until Butter starts tanking on radio. Otherwise, all you're doing is adding fuel to the buying stans' rage purchase rallies. I understand that Stay is 2.2m, but do we really think an EP that's not getting buzz past day 1 is going to even keep the song above 2m for the week? I'm pretty sure it's going to be under its week 2 numbers, which were already worse than its week 1 numbers.
