I’m hoping they’re waiting this entire month out to officially make the push (after Morgan) - it certainly has enough life in it. It’s still selling and streaming decently and is Top 50 on Hot 100, which should justifies the fact tbh.

Oh wow, this isn't done yet?! I did feel like its push week felt rather light in terms of its gains. It's thrilling news if they were able to finagle a way to have radio hold onto this for a little while longer so it can have a realistic chance at #1.

Tbh, the only place I have heard of such push week is from sabre. If push week did happen you would have seen the ads for it but nope.

I want to apologize for my posts regarding final peak positions. I was told it was push week last week and despite the minimal gains, I assumed it was still getting maxed out.
I’m curious if the Grammy’s have any impact on this decision as “Wishful Drinking” is a front-runner for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. It’s smart to keep it going during voting IMO.

According to a new advertisement from Warner Nashville, "Wishful Drinking" will be going for max spins next week. I assume they wanted to hold off to ensure a Top 3 peak as well as keep it going all the way through Grammy voting which was a smart decision.
I assume this means we will get the follow-up single in 2023 unless they decide to give it a December impact like they did with "Wishful Drinking".

This is good to hear - 10/30 is also when Morgan ends his push. Even though #1 is probably unlikely, it does help that Wishful Drinking will be the only song receiving a max spins push that week. Fingers crossed for a Top 3 peak on both, Billboard and Mediabase, anything more will be a cherry on top!
Genuinely curious to see what the next single will be. Feel Like This, Yearbook, How Honest?, and Seeing Someone Else all standout as viable options. A part of me suspects that they might go with Seeing Someone Else as that is being worked over at Hot AC.

Actually starting to think this has a chance at #1 on MB. The push week is going to have to be huge though, and Wallen is going to have to drop a little. But I think it's definitely possible if they really try for it.

Yeah I do think Warner can manage Mediabase it could be close but I do think they could eek it out, Billboard though I just don't see unfortunately, hopefully the gap between Ingrid and Morgan isn't too bad on Billboard but I am not optimistic.

Hoping for #1 on Mediabase at least. Ingrid really deserves it. As for Billboard, I’m hoping it can at least match the #3 peak that “More Hearts Than Mine” reached. 🤞🏼

I hope this one can make it to the top. It was disappointing that "More Hearts Than Mine" stopped at No.3.
Go for it, Warner!

Unfortunately I doubt it makes it pass Morgan Wallen on Billboard (and Tyler Hubbard could pose a problem depending on next Mondays update). More than likely "Wishful Drinking" will have the same peak as "More Hearts Than Mine" on Billboard which was #3.

Looks like Ingrid will end up with the highest charting female-lead song on the Billboard Country Airplay Year-End Chart this year (according to CoJoFan's building chart that he updates weekly --- very appreciated btw! :) ) This collab truly did wonders for her and I'm so happy with how much success it has seen!

Next week should be the final standings for 2022. It’s been 30 years since a female has had the #1 song on the year end chart. Wynonna’s “I Saw The Light” was the #1 song of 1992. Female lead is long overdue for a year end #1.

Curious if this means "Yearbook" is going to be the follow-up to "Wishful Drinking"? I know before the album dropped, it was one of the frontrunners for single #2, so I would be thrilled if it's picked. I know it doesn't sound like an immediate hit, but if it catches on I think it will be huge for Ingrid like "More Hearts Than Mine" was!

“Yearbook” will be another “The Stranger” - great song, lyrically stunning, but not a radio hit.
“Seeing Someone Else” or “Feel Like This” are the best shots at another hit following “Wishful Drinking” but “Falling For You”, “Pain”, or “How Honest Do You Want Me To Be?” would be better single choices as well. If “Yearbook” is to be a single, save it for the 3rd and final single so she can move on to another era if it doesn’t work on radio.

Sorry for the double post, but after 36 weeks, Ingrid Andress officially earns her 2nd career #1 single at U.S. Country Radio this week with “Wishful Drinking”.
I’m thrilled that Ingrid was able to get there even if it took a big push. The song has been consistently testing, streaming & selling well, so I have no problem with the big final push haha. Aside from that, I’m very eager to see what they go with for single #2. I’m hoping that Ingrid will continue to see success at radio as she’s one of my favorite females at the format. 😁

Wow I don't think I've ever seen such a big gap in spins where the gap the other way in impressions is so big. It's wild that this is 400 spins ahead of Racist, yet 3.5 million impressions behind.

Overnight spins is how as those don't give much audience at all as Ingrid/Sam have a much higher amount of overnight spins.

I don't know why I fall back into this habit of paying any attention to that rigged chart.

Happy that Ingrid was able to get a #1 somehow at least! Can't wait for the next single to go to radio. Kind of sad and shocked that even after that big push, holding back from when it initially was going to go for max adds, and the change on Billboard this week. This still got a peak of #4 on Billboard. I am not too upset about it though since the 3 songs above it are much bigger hits in comparison on Billboard ("Wishful Drinking" is gonna peak at #47 on the Billboard Hot 100 while all 3 of "5 Foot 9", "She Had Me At Heads Carolina", and "You Proof" are gonna peak at #22, #16, and #5 respectively).
But it's still shocking this couldn't even get into the top 3 this week.

“Feel Like This” was added to Hot Country on Spotify.
I also noticed “Yearbook” hasn’t been receiving airplay on The Highway anymore, so I wouldn’t be surprised if “Feel Like This” is single #2. It’s also connecting the best among the album tracks.

"Feel Like This" is a nice enough song, but I have listened to it a few times already and man I can't remember much about it. I do think since it's connecting the best it's probably the safest option for country radio and overall from what I remember from her last album, it wasn't the most radio friendly so might as well go for the one that's connecting the most.

"Seeing Someone Else" is the smash. That or nothing... "Feel Like This" does not feel like a radio single.

"Seeing Someone Else" is the smash. That or nothing... "Feel Like This" does not feel like a radio single. I completely agree. I think they’re better off going with Seeing Someone Else. I know they’re working it at Hot AC but it feels like the smash of the album. Feel Like This might be connecting because it’s the fan favorite but it doesn’t scream hit the way Seeing Someone Else does. That one is insanely memorable from the second Ingrid sings that first line and up until the song ends.
