. bboat11 , you got an explanation for Little Big Town being Lucas Ben Thomas instead? LOLAlso, the Eric Church purge is LONG overdue. Beginning to think yall just ranked his songs 1-9. Lmao it's a country rankdown inside joke! IYKYK ;) I'm pretty sure it was clear back in like the 2015 or 2017 rankdown? Somebody (I think it was gravey) realized that the LBT in "LBTrocks" stands for Little Big Town, and we were all like "wtf did you think it stood for?!" and he was like "Idk, maybe his name is Lucas Ben Thomas or something" so then LBT changed his name to Lucas Ben Thomas for awhile. Every once in awhile somebody will say something to bring it back

I do like the final chorus of this song but overall I was never wowed with this one and I still wish "Teenage Daughters" would have had the success this one did.

Alright fine, I'll come back just to reveal the untimely loss of my own #1 All I will say is, I hope that those who hate this one because they cannot relate to it continue to not be able to relate to it for a long long time... There is nobody who I would rather put their voice to my grief than Martina McBride She just absolutely nails every emotion when she starts to get into it...

I like Martina, but this one just never worked for me for some reason. I don’t hate it, but I don’t care for it, which is why it ended up being so low for me.

Considering that you believe "Independence Day" to be like one of the 5 worst songs of 1994, I feel like you wouldn't actually be able to identify a "mediocre female song" if it slapped you upside the head Hey now, I think i had at least 20 songs ranked below it. Frankly, I'd have more songs on this list ranked below it than the 94 list. I meant to come back to this and I just remembered I never did. Of course you should have more songs ranked below "Independence Day" if it were to be in this list than you did in the '94 list, considering that it's head over shoulders better than every song in this entire list

The best song of Carrie's career bows out next, unfortunately for carriefan15 and the rest of us who put it in our top 10! I just love the melodic structure of this one so much The way the melody builds into the chorus will never get any less incredible no matter how many times I listen to it!

Not me, the Carrie stan, having one of her songs just barely escape my bottom half #fake #revokemycard

"See You Again" is a song I always think is good in regards to Carrie Underwood and I will enjoy it when it comes on the radio. But it's also one I have had no inclination to ever revisit.
Also hell yeah at me getting a perfect ranking. It's about damn time.

See You Again has never been a favorite, in fact I was quite upset when it was picked as the fourth single over “Wine After Whiskey” and especially “Do You Think About Me”. It’s good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s toward the bottom of Carrie singles in my opinion.

These last two should be a lot higher. Very disappointed to see them out already, not surprised though cause I know the terrible taste some of you have lol

Absolutely love Golden Hour from front to back, but I don’t often get the itch to revisit ”Space Cowboys” individually. There is some stellar lyricism throughout, however.

You know it's always a painful reveal for somebody when Kacey shows up. "Space Cowboy" is our first reveal of the night to not have any #1 losses, but it is still a top 10 for 6 of us It is also somehow our second most polarizing song too, so it picked up a lot more lower ranks than I expected!

"Space Cowboy" is okay but Kacey Musgraves has had much better and for some reason the little pause with the hook has always bugged me.

Love Kacey, but never really liked "Space Cowboy". I'm surprised it was the 2nd most polarizing song though, I thought it would have way more lovers than haters.

OUCH. That hurt.
”21 Summer” just hits right, and something about learning it was about a relationship TJ had with another man makes it mean a little something more. (At least I think it was this song; I don’t know if I might be confusing it with “Stay A Little Longer” but I know it was one of these two, lmao.) Not to make it all about that but still.

Space Cowboy is like the best "missing comma" trope song in at least last five years.

I love the melody of "Butterflies" quite a bit! It's only in my 50s because this list is so strong! Out of all the Kacey songs in this thing, this is one that I don't ever really get tired of!
