It'll still be Bruno. None of the past Superbowl performers have topped the Spotify charts after their performance and I don't see it changing this year

By pop star Swift standards, "willow" was not a bit hit. That's just a fact. Of course, she has perhaps settled into a new phase of her career and maybe that's about as good as we can expect from her. Regardless, the past few years have definitely been a step or two down for her in terms of hits. Her artistic status has grown in other ways, though. That's all just objectively true.

LOL at people claiming Ed being Pulse's darling. Ed is one of the most hated artists on online forums and i don't really get why. It's not only on Pulse but also on ATRL, Ukmix, stan twitter. There's only one artist that's getting as much hate as Ed gets and that's Morgan Wallen. I am starting to feel glad that Morgan's doing so well with his album so that he's getting on those people's nerves.

I mean, yeah, #40 on streaming (#34 peak) is really great for a top 10 song. Abel's 2-year-old song is higher 15 positions higher than Ghost.

#40 on Streaming is fine for a single a year after the album release tbh.... It didn't receive a new guest feature remix or anything. It's not great, but it's not bad.

And I really do hate even going this far to defend Bieber, but why bring up Abel's 2 year-old single being higher when "Sacrifices" (N/A on Streaming) is also lower than that 2-year-old prior single and the 1 year old "Ghost" despite being like 1 month old with strong radio push currently. Which shows that "Ghost" is doing fine, and there is much worse examples of streaming disconnect for radio singles currently.

Lil Nas "That's What I Like" is also contending to dethrone "Ghost" at Pop radio, and that song is even lower on streaming (#48) and is only 5 months old. 

It's a sixth single and a year after the album release... expecting it to be top 10 or something on streaming (especially with no new radio version) is basically unrealistic.

4 radio hits you mean. The Benny Blanco song and Ghost in particular were fueled by radio - the one metric that doesn't help the BB200 ranking of the album.

He's a singles artist for sure now. It's weird... his album power used to be huge (My World, Purpose).

It's actually pretty identical to Britney during Femme Fatale & Madonna during Bedtime Stories though. Both of them were huge pop cultural figures with huge peaks prior but at that point were a decade after their debuts, in a career lull, had extremely average sales with those albums, but in the end still managed to get some of their biggest career radio hits.

The era was a nice recoup after the disastrous Changes era, so I'm sure he and his team are at least happy for that.

You could say Doja is also a singles artist but she's slaying streaming which actually helps her BB200 position.

Either way this was a nice rebound for Bieber after that rancid Yummy era. Peaches slayed all metrics for a bit, and Ghost is impressively doing well for such a late single. Look at how it's slaying Ariana's pov with a similarly lukewarm push.

Considering 80% of his streams come from outside the USA unlike someone like drake where 80% of his streams come from the USA, #34 doesn’t seem that bad to me a year after the album came out. Of course no one cares that he sold a million in China, something only Taylor swift can come close to. Justice will be top 3 on IFPI.
