On an unrelated note,I'm curious that did Carrie ever perform Forever Changed from Storyteller? I think she said that’s one of the songs she can’t sing live. Like it’s too emotional |

I recall her mentioning multiple times during the album's launch that she'd probably never perform that one live, as she didn't think she'd be able to make it through it. I still think it's such a pretty song with such a gorgeously delicate vocal delivery. |

I think she said something along the lines even recording it, she had to do it in chunks or something like that. Off the top of my head the only songs she's never performed live to my knowledge are Play On, Unapologize, Forever Changed, Give her that, and Damage. |

There was a rumor flying around a few months ago that Post and Carrie have potentially recorded a song together, but i don’t know if there is any truth to it at all. Hearing what i’ve heard so far from the upcoming post album, i’m much more intruiged than i was before the wallen collab came out. So, i hope the rumors end up being true and she is part of that! I’ve gone from not caring at all about a post malone country album to looking forward to what else is on that. I’m enjoying these first two songs enough….even if i also think i had some help is way overhyped. But then again when MW is involved that just seems to be normal right now lol

Carrie performing a private event today (or tomorrow depending how you look at it. From what I hear 90 minute set list. I had a free in, but concerts largely make me anxious. It’s the 100 year anniversary of FORD.

They really picked the wrong songs as singles for this era other than OOTT, and Capitol sucked at promotion for the last two albums. It’s unfortunate to see her stalling at radio when Kenny Chesney just had his latest #1 at age 56. Apparently unless you’re a man, your career is done at 40 nowadays. Ugh be better country radio.

Ok, rant over. Country radio sucks. Country radio also sucked when Carrie was sending everything to #1. I think a lot of Carrie fans didn't realize it at the time because everything she sent to radio was a hit. But the fact is Carrie was one of only two females who got any consistent airplay for almost a 10 year period. It sucks but it sucked a lot less for Carrie. |

Ok, rant over. I honestly think Carrie could have and still could have more hits. I understand it’s an upwards battle but I actually think the material is the issue right now. Fixed radio material may not send her to number one again often or potentially ever, but I do think the right songs could still become top 10 country hits . |

Ugh, me hoping that Carrie & Miranda posting about each other's residencies a few months ago, as well as the duel "Somethin' Bad" throwback post, which was posted by both accounts, is some type of Easter Egg about a new duet with them on Miranda's forthcoming album. Probably wishful thinking, but if there was one common theme in the comments across the platforms that was posted on, it's that the people want another collab.

Someone made a very good point on Twitter. It could be for GH Decade #2. If she was going to release one, this is 10 years since the first collection. Although, in the streaming era, I don't see a point, and would tank, but UMG does still release them.
