Ultimately not as interesting as "Do You Feel Like We Do", but it pretty much uses its time effectively and is slightly better overall as a result.

That guitar lick at the beginning is the only interesting thing in this song, everything else is a bore.

This kind of treads the line just enough that it doesn't go overbearing with the cheesiness and it has just enough flourishes that it doesn't get stale. I have no issues with this being top 30, really.

I have to remind myself that we're in 1976 now, so something like this really isn't that weird of a fit on this format anymore.
Regardless of the "fit", this is really good and soothing to the soul.

I find it so funny that we managed to rank the 3 most cliched boomer "best song of all-time" choices in one rankdown just because 2 of them were on live albums at exactly the right time 27

This would have been firmly in my top ten (as the original would have been if it got moved up a few years) if Robert Plant would just shut up for five seconds. His random interludes took me out of the song entirely whenever they happened.
I don't mind adding things or mixing things up to make songs even better live, but they have to not be detrimental to the song's flow.

Kind of surprised this is so high, but okay, sure.
A shame we didn't get to rank Paul's best songs, though.

yet another personal rankdown song for me. I love this video; the story behind it is one of pop music's best troll jobs. the chart history is interesting, too. It was released in 1974 and only peaked at #60 on the Hot 100. But then it was revived in 1976, peaked at #7, and finished #80 on the year-end list EXTRA

Oof missed reveals by like half an hour. I'm just shocked Do You Feel like We Do was the lower Frampton song. Too long for its own good but so exciting.
Also instrumental tracks deserve better.
