It's the poppiest one out of the three songs. As much as his fans often claim for his tendency for a more traditional side of country music, they like pop MW the most.

Lizzo is #2 on Today's Top Hits playlist on spotify now *_* Rise bitch.

A new high of 1.276 million streams for "About Damn Time" in today's update too despite the flood of Kendrick.

The music video views have been increasing quite a bit the last few days and it appears in the daily US chart for the first time I believe at #18 with 818,502 views the last couple of days.

I think it stands a really good chance at #1 on the Hot 100 in the future. "As It Was" will have an album boost, but it has almost peaked in airplay and that will likely decrease quite soon. "About Damn Time" is rising quite nicely in airplay and has the potential for quite a high audience peak due to how multi-format it is, charting on POP/HAC/Rhythmic/Urban/R&B. Its airplay and streaming look to be on track to peak at around the same time.

Of course there's the question of Kendrick and if any of the songs from his album will have legs outside the first week. I assume he'll get a number of debuts in the top 10, including #1 if his streams hold up well.

To be fair, I think the mainstream public was just thoroughly sick of them and their played-out sound by the end of 2017 and they haven’t had a single track break the top 40 since.

It doesn’t help that SFSG is the first full-length project of theirs that I know of to contain zero guest features. Even Emily Warren, one of their most common guest contributors and who appears as a co-writer on half the album, doesn’t have a feature here.
