This album is 40 minutes of pure joy. I remember how much of a breath of fresh air Jessie's debut was when it came out, and I feel that still listening to her now, even if her sound has changed and evolved so much. It’s nice to see her really embrace her fun side here, while still doing something uniquely her. Freak Me Now is in my running for track of the year.

Pop The Bottle is still my #1, but the whole damn album is such a vibe. Turn it on and let it go! FREAK ME, JESSIE! She is like the modern Teena Marie, I love it!

Mickey has a wife and kids, he always goes on business trips (Ching-ching!) He came home with his fly pulled down and still had Reggie on his lips🫰

'Begin Again' has really grown onto me. Especially with its remixes. I would love for her to have a worlwide smash hit.

This is my album of the year so far! So many great songs…I cannot pick a favorite….I bounce between Begin Again, Freak Me Now and Lightning.

"Begin Again" constantly pops in my head. Really hoping Jessie gets some sort of awards for yet another great album. Grammys please do her justice!

I totally missed her Jools appearance! I was wondering if she was gonna go for the money note at 3:16, but she did, lol. Love that she's pushing herself vocally more.

Caught her last night in DC! Outside of a couple of rotten people in the audience (who thankfully left after we kept telling them to shut the f**k up), it was super enjoyable.
I will say, I wish I had seen her live in her Devotion/Tough Love/Glasshouse days. She really shone vocally in the ballad section of the show. Like I'm not even a big fan of "Say You Love Me" but live it's a whole other story. She's clearly going for more a fun and campy vibe on this tour, but I think even the dance material would work better if she just sang it with a full band and stripped away the dancers and theatrics.

She was in top 5 of ACL Weekend 2 for me. I was in the first row behind the security gate and she came over to my section several times. When she made eye contact with me and waved (because I was cheesing hard and singing all the words), I almost lost it. I get why she kept it frothy and light (which basically describes WYP? and T!FG! overall) for a festival, but it would have been nice to throw it back some. The only old song she did was Selfish Love, which was nice. I will say that I've seen her a few times in the past (including Coachella 2018, which was mostly Devotion tracks mixed with Glasshouse and a couple Tough Love) and hearing her more emotive songs left me on the ground.

Lee!! I was there too and absolutely LOVED HER!! And the dancers! Especially one of them!! I couldn't take my eyes off him! My only disappointment is that she didn't sing Shake The Bottle, one of my favorite songs of the year. I went only on Saturday. I really liked Rina and Tove too!

I left Tove halfway through for Noah Kahan because it sounded like her mic was off, LOL. I knew she wasn't lip-synching but that mic was turned WAY down and it was taking me out of the performance, though I did get excited when To Die 4 and Call On Me played, just to hear that instrumental in a festival setting surrounded by a bunch of people. I was walking up to that stage during Pineapple Slice and left during Grapefruit, another one of my favorites of hers. I saw her years ago at Firefly and it was a better show. Back to Jessie, I actually didn't notice she didn't play Shake The Bottle, though I do love that song. She probably coulda swapped Mirage out for it, but it was overall a very strong setlist.

Oh, that stinks. I didn't realize she did a truncated setlist at ACL. "Shake The Bottle" was thankfully in her full solo show.

Interesting you say that. I was to the left of the stage on the side at the security fences and noticed the sound was odd. I was wondering if it was because of my position. I mean, i was seeing everybody party like nothing was wrong so I assume it was just my position and that all speakers were pointing somewhere else. I liked her and the show made me listen to her latest album so much more! I was expecting her to close the show with I Like You, but in the end she never played it. But she has a lot of great fun songs.

She's been posting studio sessions for her next album already. She wants it out before all her summer festival dates. I love the quick turnaround.

Yes, I’m loving that she’s working on a whole new album instead of extending TFG with a deluxe. It’s a perfect time capsule as is. Excited to hear what JW6 brings.
