Are they reaching? Maybe. This would literally make my whole summer, but the way I've been clowned all year long I just can't even get my hopes up. |

When I first heard of Steve Lacy and Brent Faiyaz back in 2018, I would have never expected either of them to have mainstream success but here we are 4 years later and they're about to start having hits. I was a little sad that Brent was already losing on Spotify despite this being so impressive for an independent artist. But then i see that heβs doing a lot more better on AM and iβm all down for his run. Hopefully All Mine can at least peak in the top 20 thatβs all i want. |

She's done well enough with minimal promo. not you underselling DWHAP π₯΄ it was on the Hot 100 for 13 weeks (about 3 months), which is one and two weeks shy of Taylor Swift's #1 hits "cardigan" and "All Too Well," respectively. head barb, get it together! DWHAP was definitely somewhat of a hit, all things considered. not a major or even moderate one, but a hit nonetheless. |

The state of radio in 2022. Radio definitely moves slow, but to some degree this also makes sense. Nothing released from the last couple of months will have charted enough weeks to compete with songs that have been charting all year. The issue is more so that the first couple of months of 2022 didn't produce big hits, though surely "As It Was" is close to being in this top 10? "About Damn Time" is likely to end up in the top 10 for the year, too. |

This is Beyonce's first solo radio top 10 since "Drunk In Love" right? Drunk in Love wasn't solo, so first top 10 since Sweet Dreams probably. What he might have meant, or at least what seems most important to me, is that it's her first radio top 10 (and overall Hot 100 top 10 excluding Formation) as a lead artist since Drunk in Love (which Jay-Z was featured on), and not just added as a feature to a remix of an already existing hit song (Mi Gente, Perfect, and Savage), though not completely downplaying her role in those songs as well. |

You would think debuting in the top 10 and having no longevity is better than NOT debuting in the top 10 and not having longevity. You would think. Which is not what you said in the first place, you just referred to songs debuting in the top 10 vs. songs not reaching the top 10 at all, regardless of longevity. Okay, and? I said what I said. |

Anyways very interested to see how the rest of her 2022 is gonna go, feels like she was really busy for like 2 months early in the year and then just stopped
