I really hope there’s a tour for this. A proper tour, not a makeshift festival. Especially since there’s SO much new material since the last one.

There's no way a tour can fit all the new material she's got but I need the following to make it into the setlist: Lover Cruel Summer The 1 Willow Cardigan Exile August All Too Well 10Min Thats pretty much exactly what I expect her to perform, plus maybe My Tears Ricochet and YNTCD. Plus a rotating song for each show where we’ll get live renditions of other songs like Cornelia Street, Champagne Problems, Miss Americana, etc. |

I hear that album title and see the cover and I think of darker, moodier pop. Night drive music. I'd love that sound from her tbh. But watch it be something totally different, lol.
I do hope she's working with someone other than Jack. He's lost his luster as of late IMO.

Interested to see the producers behind this one. I’m hoping she takes a break from Jack. Loved what she did w The National on her last era so hoping she takes a risk sonically. As much as I would love dark pop, my gut tells me we are setting moody indie rock.

In an era when pop singers habitually say "f**k it" to music and starve fans for the better part of a decade, Taylor keeps the material coming - and it's almost always good, or interesting at the very least. I have to give her a lot of credit; she loves what she does, and it shows. Of course, it's also a lot easier to make real money off of music when you own your masters.
On that note, a tour is almost certain and given the wait since her last one, I wouldn't be surprised for it to set records.

She has changed the video on Spotify for This Love (Taylor's Version) to a clock showing midnight on top of a stormy night sky with the lyrics of The Archer's "I wake in the night, I pace like a ghost". I wouldn't have minded another folk album back when there was that theory of an album trilogy, but now it's been so long since evermore, I hope this will be more pop in the vein of Lover / 1989.

What are the odds that the versions of the vinyl and CD are going to be different than what Amazon and Target will have. Also, she and Republic seem to have a good relationship with Taylor because they've been doing T(arget) Versions for a while now. I'm not one of those stans that need every possible version of an album.
