Maybe Enchanted with a MV and televised performances. Taylor really hasn’t done media promo for anything lately so hopefully she’s saving it for release week.

Why is everything #1 or bust these days? If it can surpass it's original peak the remix succeeded in its purpose IMO. With that said, wasn't expecting that big of a drop. lol

Ideally, she would’ve released the remix as a standalone single a week or two from now and then the deluxe album a week after that, almost as an indirect push to get this to the top spot on pop.

As it is, a #1 on the Hot 100 seems extremely unlikely but I have a good feeling about the remix eventually catching on, maybe once it gets some playlist placement.

The way the biggest accomplishment of the remix is showing how good the OG actually is. We love a bop

The remix would have peaked around #10 on US Apple Music if they worked properly when the song came out, and that's with Lil Durk's album bomb. Still the #1 pop song on the platform so despite the mediocre Spotify showing I'm very happy with how it's doing overall

Seems like she’s talking in general but if you want to attribute it to a near billionaire sure. People have on the surface opinion about celebrities and relating the song to Scooter Braun is exactly that. I guess that’s the beauty of music. To each their own. I don’t listen to karma and think she’s lashing at Scooter and Kanye but if you do then there’s nothing I can do about it.

You could definitely apply it to the masters situation, just how songs like Midnight Rain could be applied to Joe, even if they clearly aren’t about him, but according to Taylor Swift herself:

Obviously shitty things often happen to shitty people hence the concept of Karma. My whole point was that I don’t see Karma as this revenge and I’m this perpetual victim type of song that those TikTok’s were making it out to be but rather something happy. Like, life is going good cause all of my good karma is working in my favor, you know? I’m sorry if it was taken the wrong way. I guess different life experiences means different perceptions. Thats the beauty of music. To each their own. It’s nice we’re discussing the music and not only charts tho!

And I don't know where people are getting that she's playing a victim because clearly she's not. Nor is it a revenge anthem. But it is about Scooter. I'll give you Kanye (no part of this song is about him) but the song is 'I'm gonna live my life, I'm gonna thrive, and I'mma take back ALL my s**t, and I'll sleep sound knowing you're gonna reap all the consequences while I enjoy all the good things'.

Right but I don’t think this song is only about scooter or any one person in particular. It’s a celebration of how her good deeds across the years have led to this moment. She’s happy and she’s okay and being good ultimately paid off. I think if you read beyond Taylor swift the celebrity and her highly publicized feuds you’ll see it that way too. Taylor has a whole life, interactions, friendships and relationships which we know nothing about. Relationships that have ended, where she’s been wronged and she’s witnessed the aftermath of those actions in the people around her. She’s in her thirties now, and has accomplished stuff beyond the wildest dreams of most. She’s as famous as one can be and has been around all types of people. She’s had a life very few can relate to or even understand in the slightest. To assume or simplify that “ask me what I’ve learned through all these years” is about the business side of Taylor swift only seems quite strange and very on the surface. Like I said, you can definitely see it as a big fuck you to Scooter Braun and your interpretation is not that off but I think it’s more complex than that. In that case, you shouldn’t even give me Kanye either. Karma tracked him down and he showed his true colors to the world but he’s just a part of the equation. You have to remember she’s a person too.
